應用六標準差改善線圈製程良率

Application of Six Sigma Management to Improve Coil Process Yield

摘要


本論文主要是要解決變壓器製造廠的線圈製程不良率,個案研究在保持最好的產品良率及基本不影響客戶所需的交期為前提下,將原先成品良率為95%提升至98%,讓產品良率整體明顯大幅增加使相關人員不只在產品的品質自我要求提高,不僅促進企業品質提升,也讓成本損耗可有效的降低,不僅促進企業品質提升,更能使所有人員對自我工作要求保持最好狀態。為了解決品質問題,個案公司的改善小組透過六標差(Six Sigma)方式來改善生產流程,以DMAIC中的五大步驟來進行一些工法問題的改善,同時也利用六標差方法來控制匝數基準值在裕度誤差內,並驗證改善結果保持專案成效,研究的結果顯示本研究所找出六標差的方法是有效改善提升線圈製程良率,提出製程的作業標準程序以提高產品良率並且降低成本,提升公司競爭力及共同達成到客戶的期望目標。 關鍵詞:線圈製程良率、六標準差管理、產品品質、失效模式分析、個案研究法。

This paper is mainly to solve the defect rate of transformer coil. The company of this case study increases the original product yield rate from 95.15% to 98.15 on the premise of maintaining the best product yield and basically not affecting the delivery time required by customers. The result of this case showed the overall product yield rate has increased significantly, so that the relevant personnel not only improve the quality of the product, but also promote the improvement of the quality of the enterprise, but also effectively reduce the cost loss. In order to solve the quality problems, the improvement team of the case company used Six Sigma Management to finds out the real causes of effects by observing the process and using fishbone diagram. The team followed the analyzed result to modify the process steps. Thus finally it increased the yield of products and reduced costs.
