正向管教方案發展之研究——以馬來西亞菩薩獨中高一X年級為例

摘要


本研究目的為:一、探討菩薩獨中的教師正向管教的態度與實施後的成長。二、發展並實施正向管教的策略。三、分析正向管教的實施的成效。四、探討施行正向管教面臨的困境及問題。 研究者任職於馬來西亞菩薩獨中高一X班的主任,並以該班級的九名科任教師及24名學生作為研究對象,並進行為期十個月的行動研究,透過與教師與學生的訪談、參考相關文獻的討論,設計正向管教行動方案並實施,進行相關訪談、現場觀察記錄與各項相關資料收集。 研究者在實施過程及省思中,評估實施正向管教方案的可行性,並提供教育工作者作為研究參考。歸納本研究之發現與結果,獲致以下結論: 一、獨中教師於受訪之初,雖對正向管教政策與相關措施的認知理解程度不高,但透過討論,教師已有相當程度的瞭解。 同時也因為擔心教學環境地改變會造成意想不到的後果,所以不敢冒然實施正向管教 。 二、實施正向管教對教師增能,助於教師班級經營能力提升、改善教師教學的態度。可建立正向且具支持性的師生關係及友善的班級,也能引發學生自發性的學習和發展正向的行為。 三、實施正向管教方案之歷程,確實帶給研究者正向的思考方式與教學能量。 四、學生學會如何利用他們的精力在與正當的用途,及發洩他們的情緒。同時也了解到小組合作的重要性。同時也學會了努力將會有收穫。 最後做出研究結論,針對實施正向管教方案、提升教師班級經營能力、改善教師管教態度及學生的的改變,未來研究者提出建議。

The purposes of this study were:1. to investigate the attitude of teachers from P.S Private High School on positive discipline and their growth after the implementation; 2. to improve and implement the strategies of positive discipline; 3. To analyse the effectiveness of the implementation of positive discipline; 4. To investigate the challenges and problems during implementation of positive discipline. The researcher was currently a form teacher of Senior Class X at P.S Private High School in Malaysia. A total of nine subject teachers and twenty-four students of the class have been selected as the study subject for a ten-months action research. Data had been collected through interview with the teachers and students, study of the discussion of the related literatures, design of the action plan for positive discipline and its implementation. In the implementation process, the researcher had assessed the feasibility of the solution for implementation of positive discipline, and this can be used as study references for education workers. Based on the summary of the findings and results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: 1.During the initial interview with the teachers, their understanding and awareness of the positive discipline policy and related methods were limited but had been improved through a series of discussions. However, due to the worry of the uncertain consequences on the teaching environment, positive discipline was not implemented straight away. 2.Implementation of the positive discipline increased teachers’ skills, helped to improve their ability in class management and improve their attitude in teaching. This can be create a positive and supportive relationship between teachers and students which lead to a friendlier class. This also triggers students’ spontaneous learning and development in positive behaviour. 3.The process of implementing the solution for positive discipline can provide researcher a positive way of thinking and teaching energy. 4.Students had learnt how to utilize their energy on proper use and how to release their emotional stress. They also awared the importance of teamwork and understand the concept of no pain no gain. Finally, as the conclusion of this study, future researchers should focus and make recommendations in implementation of the positive discipline, enhance teachers class management ability, improve teaching attitude of teachers and attitude of students.
