桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校執行現況之研究

摘要


本研究旨在了解桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校執行之現況,主要探討桃園市國民小學教育人員對於正確用藥教育認知情形、正確用藥教育執行情形、正確用藥教育執行困境及其改進途徑的看法。為達成研究目的,本研究以自編之「桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校執行現況調查問卷」,對桃園市國民小學教育人員進行問卷調查研究。總計發出439份問卷,回收368份,有效問卷共計365份,回收率為83%。問卷調查所得資料,分別以描述統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。根據上述結果,本研究得到下列幾項結論: 一、桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校教師對於正確用藥教育的認知程度屬「中上程度同意」。 二、桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校教師對於正確用藥教育的執行現況達到「中高度」認同的程度。 三、桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校教師對於正確用藥教育的執行困境看法為「低度」認同的程度 四、桃園市國民小學正確用藥教育協力學校教師正確用藥教育改進途徑看法屬「高度同意」程度。 五、不同背景變項之教師在正確用藥教育認知、執行現況之看法上有顯著差異。 六、不同背景變項之教師在正確用藥教育執行困境、改進途徑之看法上有顯著差異。 最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議,作為教育行政機關、學校及未來研究之參考。

The Research is intended to investigate the current implementation status of the correct medication education among primary schools associated in Taoyuan City. In order to understand the understanding and implementation status of the educators of primary schools, difficulties and solutions. Literature review and a questionnaire survey were conducted in this study. The subjects were educators of primary schools in Taoyuan City with different background variables. There are 439 questionnaires were distributed and 368 were retrieved, among which 365 questionnaires were valid with the response rate of 83%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study were as follows: 1. As for the understanding status of correct medication education perceived by educators was moderately high. 2. The implementation status of correct medication education perceived by educators was moderately high. Male educators of primary schools in Taoyuan had a higher understanding with Female eductors. 3. The implementation difficulties of correct medication education as a whole perceived by educators was low. 4. The implementation solutions of correct medication education as a whole perceived by educators was high. 5. There were significant differences in the understanding status, implementation status, implementation difficulties and implementation solutions of correct medication education among educators with different background variables. At last, some specific suggestions for educational administration institutions, schools, and further studies were submitted based on the results of this study.
