本論文研究得勝者教育協會這二十多年以來,在青少年生命教育的領域中如何運作,尤其是桃園分會的發展。第一章說明研究動機、目的、內容和方法等等,再將相關的文獻作一整理和回顧。第二章說明得勝者教育協會創始、過程、桃園分會的服務項目、得勝者課程的實施流程及志工服務守則。第三章探討青少年的問題與形成原因、並說明得勝者課程包括了「問題處理」、「情緒管理」及「真愛守門員」三部分,主要的對象是國一的學生,課程著重實際的應用,並且加入活動、討論、遊戲和團體合作等方式來達成教學目標,最後舉出得勝者課程單元教案的實例。 第四章說明台灣生命教育實施情況,分析得勝者課程的內涵與聖經的聯結,並提出 二個例子,證明得勝者課程能幫助青少年靈命成長。第五章探討得勝者課程教學實施成效,並提出101學年度「得勝計畫」成果報告,證明得勝課程確實能幫助青少年面對和解決生活中的問題、增進管理自己情緒的能力、學習兩性相處正確的態度和方法。在最後一章裡,筆者對於得勝課程時間的安排、志工老師的招募與訓練提出一些建議。
The study aims to investigate how teenagers’ life education of CEA in Taoyuan has developed over the past twenty years. Chapter 1 describes the motivation, purpose, contents and methods, as well as literature review. Chapter 2 introduces how CEA was founded and what activities, courses and rules were formed. Chapter 3 examines the cause of teenagers’ problems and CEA’s three courses mainly for first graders of junior high schools. The courses are about problem solving, anger management and “love and respect,” focusing on practical applications with activities, discussions, games, team cooperation and real cases included. Chapter 4 portrays the continuing life education in Taiwan, analyzes intrinsic quality of CEA’s courses and their link to Bible, and set forth the second example to prove that said courses help teenagers cultivate the spirituality. Chapter 5 looks into the effectiveness of mentioned courses and submits a report for “Champions project” of 2012. All observations indicate such courses can assist in developing teenagers’ positive attitude to face challenges in life, enhancing capability of anger management and learning correct ways in getting along with different genders. Finally, the author offers proposals about time arrangement of the courses and volunteer recruitment or training.
