除濕劑新配方之蒸汽壓量測研究

摘要


本研究主要為量測無機鹽類 / 有機溶液 / 水之蒸汽壓數據。無機鹽類為LiCl、LiBr和CaCl2,有機溶液為TEG (Triethylene glycol)及PG (Propylene glycol)。所探討的系統無機鹽類濃度範圍為4 wt% ~ 25 wt%;有機溶液濃度範圍為50 wt% ~ 80 wt%;溫度分別為30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70℃。所得結果以Antoine equation 提出的計算蒸汽壓模式來描述實驗數據,並可以得到滿意的結果。本研究探討的除濕溶液中發現,LiCl / TEG / H2O系統因蒸汽壓比其他溶液低,可更有效的從空氣中移除水氣,應是一種具潛力的除濕劑。本研究所得之蒸汽壓數據可作為設計除濕系統設備之參考依據。

The vapor pressure of salt/ organic solvent/ water systems have been measured at 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70℃. The salts studied are LiCl, LiBr and CaCl2.The organic solvents are TEG (Triethylene glycol) and PG (Propylene glycol)+water. The concentration of salts are ranging from 4 wt%~25 wt%. The concentration of organic solvent are ranging from 50 wt%~80 wt%. The Antoine equation has been applied to correlate the measured data. Satisfactory results were obtained for calculation of the vapor pressure of salt / organic solvent / water for the system studied. The results of this study show that absorption of water vapor has been greatly improved by using the salt / organic solvent / water as desiccants. Thus, it should be one of the promising potential absorbents for water vapor absorption. This study can be used as a vapor pressure data for designing the absorption-dehumidification-systems.
