雲端功能應用於外接式駕駛資訊系統介面設計

摘要


近年來行動網路發展快速及雲端運算崛起,雲端功能開始廣泛使用在各種行動產品上,其中移動中的汽車駕駛資訊系統整合了資訊、通訊、防盜、娛樂等。本研究將對雲端功能應用於汽車駕駛資訊系統,設計一套介面模擬。首先採用研究方法中的觀察法,觀察現有市場產品發展趨勢,並且找出三家市場現有產品功能分析整理,且彙集相關專家學者、政府機構、汽車大廠的駕駛資訊系統發展現況,分析出可行性的駕駛資訊系統雲端功能。 分析整理雲端功能後,透過研究方法中的問卷訪談法,設計一份汽車駕駛資訊系統雲端功能使用者需求問卷調查,並且直接透過社群網站做特定族群調查樣本收集,客觀的找出使用者需求,並且利用統計軟體 SPSS 做問卷訪談樣本統計分析,找出雲端功能需求次序,最後將雲端功能需求調查結果,做為設計駕駛資訊系統雲端功能介面模擬之依據。經過資料整理問卷設計共列出二十四項雲端功能,分析結果後共有十七項雲端功能為有需求性,其中調查結果使用者雲端需求次序較高前三項分別為:一、透過雲端查詢周邊停車場即時剩餘車位。二、利用駕駛系統透過雲端啟動緊急救援服務。三、利用駕駛系統透過雲端啟動網路維修諮詢服務或拖車服務。 有了雲端功能需求次序後,接下來進入設計介面模擬階段,透過文獻探討找出駕駛資訊系統介面設計原則,內容包含人因設計、使用者心理與情感、符號設計等,依據這些資料彙整,做為參考的資料。最後將十七項雲端功能導入駕駛系統,並且在完成操作流程與介面設計後,依據文獻探討中的介面使用性評估,開始逐一去評估修正操作流程與介面設計,讓介面模擬更加完整。

In recent years, with the fast development of mobile network along with the rise of cloud computing, cloud features development has begun to be widely used in a variety of products, one of which is the driver information system that integrates information, communication, security, and entertainment. The research simulated, for interface design, an experiment where the cloud features are used in driver information system. First, use Observational Survey, one of research methods, to observe the trends of existing markets and products. Second, analyze and compare the functions of three of the existing products. Third, compile other development status of driver information system, such as experts, scholars, government intuitions, and automobile manufacturers to analyze and define what the cloud computing features feasible for driver information system are. After analyzing and defining cloud features, design a questionnaire for cloud feature demand of the driver information system, and make a survey directly via community sites to collect specific samples so as to objectively find out user needs. Then, use statistical Software SPSS to analyze questionnaire samples to decide the sequence of demand for cloud features. As a result, the outcome of the survey of cloud features demand will be used as the basis of the simulation experiment. In the questionnaire, there were twenty four cloud features listed, and after analyzing user needs, seventeen of which were selected. The most needed are: First, check immediately through the cloud the remaining parking space in any surrounding parking lot. Second, use the driver information system to call for emergency rescue service through the cloud. Third, use the driver information system to call for trailer repair services or consulting services through the cloud. With the sequence of demand for cloud features, the research went on into the simulation experiment stage. Through documents, records, or technical literature, find out the interface design principles of the driver information system, such as ergonomic design, user psychology and emotion, symbol design, and then use them as the basis of the design principles of the simulation experiment. Finally, apply the seventeen cloud features to driver information system, and after completing the operation process and interface design, start to evaluate and modify them one by one according to interface assessment in documents, records, or technical literature, so as to make the simulation experiment more complete.
