將收集的台灣山桂花葉部經陰乾後,進行水蒸氣蒸餾,再經乙醚和正己烷的溶劑萃取、鹼處理、水洗,去水濃縮後,得到淡黃色的中性精油。中性精油經管柱色層分析法粗分成碳氫化合物和含氧化合物兩大部份,並使用氣相層析-火焰離子偵測器(GC-FID)、氣相層析-質譜儀(GC-MS) 、傅立葉轉換紅外光光譜儀(FTIR)、核磁共振波譜儀(NMR)鑑定其化學成份。其中由碳氫化合物中單離出1個化合物ρ-Cymene ,而以GC-MS光譜鑑定15個化合物α-Cubebene、Copaene、β-Elemene、Caryophyllene、β-Cubebene、Aromadendrene、α-Guaiene、Humulene、τ-Selinene、τ-Muurolene、β-Selinene、α-Selinene、τ-Cadinene、Calamenene、α-Muurolene。含氧化合物中單離出3個化合物β-Ionone、Isophytol、Phytol,用添加法確認了3個化合物Caryophyllene oxide、Spathulenol、Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone,以GC-MS光譜鑑定7個化合物Dihydroactinidiolide、Eudesm-7(11)-en-4-ol、Geranyl acetone、Cadinol、Farnesyl acetone 、 4,4,8-Trimethyltricyclo[6.3.1.0(1,5)]dodecane-2,9-diol。
The leaves were harvested from Maesa tenera Mez after dry it in the shade,the leaves were steam-distilled for essential oils. The essential oils in the distillate were extracted by ether and n-hexane before treatment with base to remove acidic compounds,and washed with Reverse Osmosis water,dried,and concentrated,and acquired canary yellow essential oils. The essential oil mixture was separated and purified by column chromatography which was compartmentalized into hydrocarbon and oxygenated fractions that were analyzed for the chemical components by gas chromatography(GC)equipped with a flame ionization detector(FID) and mass spectrometer detector(MS),Fourier Transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR).In the hydrocarbon fraction,ρ-Cymene、α -Cubebene、Copaene、β-Elemene、Caryophyllene、β-Cubebene、Aromadendrene、α-Guaiene、Humulene、τ-Selinene、τ-Muurolene、β-Selinene、α-Selinene、τ-Cadinene、Calamenene、α-Muurolene were identified.In the oxygenated fraction, β-Ionone、Isophytol、Phytol、Dihydroactinidiolide、Spathulenol、Caryophyllene oxide、Eudesm-7(11)-en-4-ol、Hexahydrofarnesyl、acetone、Geranyl acetone、 Cadinol、Farnesyl acetone 、4,4,8-Trimethyltricyclo[6.3.1.0(1,5)]dodecane-2,9-diol were identified.
