次世代馬達的設計及應用

摘要


本研究是以台灣信統電產股份有限公司應日本品牌大廠客戶委託的次世代馬達設計改良案例為對象所進行的研究;次世代馬達是在使用不同的馬達設計與新磁石材料的應用下,藉以產出比現行馬達高出倍數扭力性能的效果,進而達到節能、省電、小型化的功效,以因應次世代商品,輕、薄、短小、高性能、智慧化的需求。 本研究分為兩部份,一是馬達設計,另一是新材料的使用。其核心技術為精湛的馬達設計以及高性能磁石技術的應用。以往高端的馬達設計,常因磁石加工困難,難以商品化而作罷;雖然原有的射出成形磁石技術可克服此加工困難的情形,但基於原有可以成形的磁石材料,磁石性能太低,因而無法達成同體積、數倍扭力的效果。本研究使用的新磁石材料已由日本公司商品化完成。本研究技術是因應有限空間但需高扭力性能,產生飛瀑式洗衣效果的次世代馬達而產出。 本研究之目的:包含節能、省電、小型化、低噪音、高扭力。在達成高扭力之目的上,除了要有精湛的馬達設計以外,還要加上使用高性能的磁石材料,以及磁石的射出成型技術。在達成低噪音之目的上,除了要有精湛的馬達設計以外,還要加上轉子的平衡調整技術。當達成了的同體積高扭力的性能後,節能、省電、小型化等性能自然實現,本論文目的為驗證以 節能、省電、小型化、低噪音、高扭力馬達作為產生飛瀑洗衣效果的次世代馬達之應用。首先要驗證同體積馬達是否有產出數倍扭力,其次驗證低頓轉(cogging)設計有否產出低噪音效果。而我們在實驗中發現,同體積馬達產生了2倍扭力,頓轉(cogging)也降低了40%。因此,驗證結果此次世代馬達確實有達到 節能、省電、小型化、低噪音、高扭力效果,並達到雙飛瀑布式洗衣的效果。

The research investigates the project of Taiwanese company Solen Electric Co., Ltd as the next-generation motor design improvement which is commissioned by the Japanese renowned manufacturers. By using different motor design and applying new magnetic materials, the next generation motors make multiple torque force effect than current motor. To achieve energy saving, electricity saving, and miniaturization in response to next generation motor goods with light, slim, short, advanced, and intelligence. The research is divided into two parts, the motor design and the usage of new materials. The core techniques are the exquisite motor design and advanced magnetic technique application. According to the past experience, the high-end motor design has difficult in magnet processing, so it failed to merchandising. The existing magnetic injection molding technology can overcome the difficulties in magnet processing, but magnetic material has too low performance to reach the multiple torque force effect in same volume. The research uses the new magnetic material to complete the goods commercialization from Japanese company. In response to make the high torque force into limited space, the research makes the cascade wash effect by next generation motor. The intentions of the research include energy saving, electricity saving, miniaturization, low noise, and high torque force. To reach the goal of high torque force, besides the exquisite motor design, the advanced magnetic material and magnetic injection molding technology should be used. In addition to the exquisite motor design, the balancing and adjusting techniques of the rotor should be included to achieve the target of low noise. The high torque force, energy saving, electricity saving, and miniaturization realized if the high torque force in same volume can comply. The purpose of the research is to verify the application of next generation motor have a great effect on cascade washer via energy saving, electricity saving, miniaturization, low noise, and high torque force motor. At first, the research tests whether the motors which in same volume can produce the multiple torque force. Second, the research verifies whether the motors which in low cogging have significant effect of low noise. The results investigate the motors which in same volume not only generate twice torque force but also decline the cogging 40%. Therefore, the results show that the next generation motor achieved not only energy saving, electricity saving, miniaturization, low noise, and high torque force, but also the effect of the waterfall type washing machine.
