汽車產業全球供應鏈資訊化策略研究

The Research of e-Global Supply Chain for Auto Industry

摘要


汽車產業全球化競爭,各汽車大廠為了希望能在全球中形成一定的經濟規模,因此不斷向各海外國家擴大自己的企業版圖,並且為了有效管理各海外據點國家、降低長鞭效應、快速回應市場變化,唯有透過全球供應鏈資訊化,讓整個價值鏈透明化,如此一來;才能提升企業全球化競爭力。 本研究針對全球汽車產業中具指標性之個案企業,以個案研究方式先探討個案企業在全球供應鏈之運作現況及整體架構,再探討個案企業在進行全球供應鏈資訊化之詳細過程,以及個案企業在進行全球供應鏈資訊化過程中所遭遇之相關問題與解決方法,最後訂定出企業在進行全球供應鏈資訊化所應遵循之策略。由於全球各海外據點國家的距離、文化、語言、制度、關稅、數位落差之差異,造成企業在各海外據點國家推展全球供應鏈資訊系統成效不彰,因此本研究擬定出五點企業在推展全球供應鏈資訊化策略:一、企業必須達成全球上、中、下游供應鏈資訊透明化,才能有效防止長鞭效應的情形發生;二、企業應將全球供應鏈系統分成Global、Region、Local等三個區塊來進行系統架構規劃;三、企業應依照各海外據點國家之資訊能力來陸續推展全球供應鏈系統;四、企業須成立教育、測試、移行小組,並且依照供應鏈作業流程順序來依序進行各個單元系統之教育、測試、移行;五、企業在全球供應鏈系統展開後,須成立全球Help-Desk中心隨時掌握各海外據點國家之系統問題持續改善。

In the globalization competition among automobile industry, all automobile factories expand their exterprise domain abroadconstantly in order to form economic scale in the world. Thus for managing each overseas stronghold, reducing the Bullwhip effect, and reacting the market changes quickly, the best way of letting transparency within the whole value chain for promoting globalizing competiton is globaling supply chain informization. This research will survey the infrastructure of global supply chain in automobile industry, discuss the process of information technology apply to global supply chain, analyze the barriers and resolutions, and last but not least, establish a strategy for global supply chain to comply with. Due to the overseas points are differed from each other in distance, culture, language, government policy, tax, and digitalization, the progress of developing global supply chain information system is so far negligible. This article aims to sketch global supply chain informizing tactics as following: 1. the enterprise must to reach global supply chain information transparency to prevent bullwhip effect. 2. the enterprise must divide global supply chain into three parts, which are global, region, and local. 3. Each overseas stronghold should launch its global supply chain systems successively according to the information ability.4. Enterprise ought to set up education, test, and deployment groups for the workflow in subsystem to carry on. 5.After the global supply chainsystem commencing, the enterprise should set up the Help-Desk center to collect and ameliorate overseas strongholds system problems continuously.
