桃園縣國中教師知覺校長領導風格與教師工作壓力相關之研究 摘 要 本研究的主要目的在於探討校長領導風格和教師工作壓力兩者間的關聯性。 本研究採問卷調查法,以分層比率隨機抽樣,共抽取桃園縣現職的國民中學教師450名為研究對象,量表回收有效樣本299份(回收率74%而可用率為66%)。使用工具為「桃園縣國中校長領導風格與教師工作壓力問卷」,並以網路問卷為施測平台。經卡方考驗、單因子變異數分析。得致以下結果: 一、國民中學教師均能覺知校長在三種取向(公共關係、權力運用、任務-關懷)之領導行為,顯示桃園縣國民中學教師所知覺的校長領導風格具有多面向的。 二、桃園縣國民中學教師所知覺的校長領導風格在三種不同的取向中分別以人和型(65.9%)、民主開放型(69.2%)、人性關懷型(65.2%)所佔的比率最多。 三、國民中學教師所知覺的校長領導風格不因背景因素不同而有顯著性差異。 四、國民中學教師所知覺的校長領導風格在不同環境因素方面,除學校歷史變項達到顯著性差異之外,其餘並未達到顯著標準。 五、不同性別、年齡、師資培育、服務年資背景因素的國中教師所感受各層面工作壓力方面,有部分達到顯著性差異。 六、不同環境因素的國中教師所感受各層面工作壓力方面,有部分達到顯著性差異。 七、不同校長領導風格對國中教師所感受各層面上的工作壓力方面,均達到顯著性差異。 最後,根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對教師、校長、教育行政機關、與未來研究之建議。
A Study of Relationships of Teachers’ Perceptions of Junior High School Principal’s Leadership and Teachers’ Job Stress in Taoyuan County Abstract The purpose of the present study was to explore the relationships between principal’s leadership and teachers’ job stress in junior high schools. The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires employed here were “The questionnaire of Junior High School Principal’s Leadership on Teachers’ Job Stress ” . The questionnaires were administered by the network platform. Four hundred and fifty-five teachers were sampled from Junior High Schools in Taoyuan County by stratified random sampling method. The return rate was 74% and the usable rate was 66% ; therefore, 299 teachers participated in the present study. The analysis were based on X2 and ANOVA. The findings are as the following: 1. Most teachers could perceive their principal’s leaderships in various ways. It showed that Principals’ leadership were multidimensional. 2. The most frequent type of principals’ leaderships were Harmonious (66%), Democratic (69%), Caring (69%) for three orientations (public relations, power manipulation, task completion). 3. The teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership styles were not related to the teachers’ background variables. 4. The teachers’ perception of principals’ leadership styles were not related to the schools’ background variables except the length of schools built. 5. Significant differences were partially found between teachers with various demographic variables regarding job’s stress they perceived. 6. Significant differences were partially found between teachers with various school variables regarding job’s stress they perceived. 7. Significant differences were found between teachers who perceived various types of principals’ leaderships regarding job’s stress they perceived.
