對企業來說,員工是最重要的資產,也是最基本且最關鍵的因素。因此,企業選才、育才、用才及留才的藝術顯得格外重要。 此外,現今許多企業大量引進外籍勞工以增加生產力及降低人力成本,進而提升企業整體競爭力,故外籍勞工人力資源管理也成為了企業成功的重要課題。 然而,留任的議題較常被探討的對象,往往是較高階的本地人才或外籍的白領,較少企業會在基層員工甚至藍領外籍勞工方面,對此議題多加著墨。但是,不可否認的,基層的員工,也是成就非凡的重要因素。 本研究以T公司之基層外籍勞工為調查對象,以問卷調查搭配深入訪談,探討影響外籍勞工留任意願之因子及其重要性,並依分析結果提出能有效提升外籍勞工留任意願之建議。 本研究結果發現,影響留任意願之最為重要的幾項因素包含薪資優渥、工作時數合理、工作時有充足的休息時間、加班時數合理、員工福利好、休假時數合理、工作地點周遭生活機能好、及自身身體健康狀況等。其中又以薪資優渥、工作時數合理、及工作時有充足的休息時間等三項最為重要,獲得受訪者全數之認定。
For enterprise, the most important asset is employees that are also the basic and critical factor. Therefore, It is kind of art for recruitment, training, employs, and invitation to stay of enterprises that appear to be particularly important. Moreover, nowadays, there are many companies hired a large number of foreign workers in order to increase productivity and reduce labor costs for enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The human resource of managing foreign workers has become the most important topic for successful enterprises. However, the topic of remain has been discussed frequently but the object are only for higher order of local people or foreign white-collar workers. There are not many companies will investigate this topics for junior staffs and even blue-collar foreign workers. Admittedly, the junior staffs are also the important element of successful. In this study, the research object will be foreign blue-collar workers, who working in the T Company. The questionnaire and interviews will be used as the data base to investigate the remain element of willingness and importance for foreign workers The study found out that there are several important factors of willingness to stay for foreign Workers which include generous salary, reasonable working hours, plenty of rest time, reasonable overtime hours, good benefits, reasonable days of vacation, good life function and their own physical health, etc. Among those, the most important three reasons are generous salary, reasonable working hours and plenty of rest time during the work which is full recognized for all respondents.
