融入美感與在地特色之學校廁所規劃設計 －以淡水竹圍國小為例

為配合國家之美感教育中長程計畫及營造校園師生健康優質的學習環境，教育部國民及學前教育署自民國104年起，編列預算協助公立國民中小學整建現有老舊廁所，旨在提升學校如廁空間，改造為機能安全完善、融入空間美感且具在地特色的多元化如廁環境。本研究設計係以新北市淡水區竹圍國民小學廁所為空間設計的對象，以安全衛生、通風良好的環境為基本原則，以美感及在地特色為主要的設計方向，並涵蓋了校園廁所設計、無障礙空間、通用設計等各項規範，來進行學校廁所空間改造的規劃設計研究。本研究之設計方法及欲達成之具體目標如下：一、綜合探討美感及在地特色以及人性化公廁之相關文獻及規範，以歸納出最適用於學校廁所之專業設計理論之依據。二、以績優元素分析其他國中、小廁所改造之案例，歸納出廁所基本功能、融合美感與在地特色個案之特點，作為本設計研究分析之依據。三、透過訪談了解竹圍國小之需求，且經過該校及雲林科技大學團隊審查，以確保在基礎原則下，執行該規劃設計之概念與創作，並轉化出本研究設計獨有之特色廁所。四、藉由實務操作，規劃擬定廁所各空間之平面圖、立面圖、3D模擬圖，以及各項細部設計，並呈現實際施作後之成果。五、經由師生參與廁所的施工過程，以及如廁文化的學習，讓學生體驗空間的美感及達到教育學習樂趣的目的。最終希冀本論文之設計研究成果，能提供學校廁所之設計者在規劃與執行其計畫時，有更廣闊的視野與多方考量的觀點之實作設計參考，期能對兼具美感以及融合在地特色的多功能與人性化校園廁所的建造有所貢獻。

To implement the long-term plan on national aesthetic education and create a better and healthier campus environment for teachers and students in Taiwan, K-12 Education Administration of Ministry of Education has drawn up budgets for the renovation of old toilets at elementary schools and junior high schools since 2015. The objective of this plan is not only to improve the function and safety of the school toilets, but also to integrate space aesthetics and local culture into the environment of the toilets. This study aims to re-design the toilet space for Zhuwei Elementary School in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, with the basic consideration of safety, hygiene, and good ventilation as well as the design concept of space aesthetics and local culture. This study discusses the planning and design of campus toilets, barrier-free space, universal design and other specifications on school toilet renovation. The design method and specific objectives of this study are as follows: 1.Comprehensively review the related literature and specifications on aesthetics, local culture, and user-friendly designed public toilets, then generalize the most proper design for school toilets from professional theories. 2.Analyze the cases of toilet renovation of other elementary schools and junior high schools, and summarize the main successful elements of excellent school toilet design in aspects of basic functions, aesthetics, and local culture to form the basis for this design research and analysis. 3.Understand the needs of Zhuwei Elementary School by interviews, pass the review of the school and the evaluation of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology to ensure that the planning and design in this study can be corresponded with the guidelines and the concepts of the project, and then convert the old toilets into the characteristic design ones. 4.Through the practical operations of the real-world design, plan and make out the toilets of the floor plan, elevation plan, 3D simulation plan, and various detailed design specifications, then present the results of the implementation. 5.Through the participation of teachers and students in the construction process of the toilets and the practicing of toilet manner, the students can experience the beauty of the toilet space and truly enjoy the fun of learning and studying. If the results of this design study can contribute some valuable viewpoints of multi-functions, user-friendly design, aesthetics, and local culture to the designers while they are planning and executing their plans, then the school toilets will unveil a new look.
