自動倉儲以RFID場景 為發展之系統工程研究

摘要


經歷全球Covid-19疫情期間,世界各國人力短缺,順應工業4.0在廠區逐步建置,現場已不需投入太多人力,但在產品製造完成後,撿貨及發配貨物過程尚未完全自動化,這意味著智慧倉儲的建置將是下一個必須投入的項目。以目前無多餘人力執行撿貨及發配貨物的現況,企業開始尋求各式套裝軟體開發,配合數位技術的發展,於是有智慧倉儲的管理案例。 本研究係以身為物管(倉管)的實務經驗,將任職單位內自動倉儲的規劃及研發能量套用於單位內延伸的小庫房,透過小型自動倉儲系統的模擬,期能精進並客製化具未來發展潛力的自動倉儲系統。設想執行時的狀況問題,就以目前遭遇到最大的困難點是設置軟體及聯網的部分,因本研究本身的業務並未真正參與單位內自動倉儲計畫的研發任務,且對於軟體程式的撰寫經驗有限,因此本研究不實際探討小型自動倉儲的後端運算模式,僅以系統工程發展模式研擬單位內延伸出來的自動倉儲小庫房(小型自動倉儲的系統)。 因本研究筆者任職的單位正面臨量產任務需求,大多人力均投入量產作業環境中,後勤業務在人手短缺之下,如何將智慧倉儲概念引進任職單位倉儲業務中,進而在日常點貨、發配貨物的作業中達到節省人力成本,並將專業人力集中在生產製程作業中,為本研究希望達成的效益。 透過研究模擬實際智慧倉儲的運作模式,可以發現單位內庫房所存管的料件皆屬中小型(體積尺寸小於40cm*40cm*40cm),且因單位庫房無法再以料件屬性區分獨立作業的機械手臂,因此僅規劃同一庫房具有不同的存放位置,自動台車、機械手臂及檢或站台皆為共用,待後續擴大成為院級規模的智慧倉儲系統時,勢必須依不同屬性及尺寸規劃獨立進出庫的作業系統。本研究智慧倉儲的規劃,不僅可提升舊式倉儲的儲位使用率,可以以「物就人」方式作業減少人員作業時間,還可以減少人員作業時所可能意外發生的工安風險,可謂是一舉三得。

After experiencing the global Covid-19 epidemic, the shortage of manpower in various countries in the world, in line with the gradual construction of Industry 4.0 in the factory area, the site has not needed to invest too much manpower, but after the completion of product manufacturing, the process of picking up and distributing goods has not been fully automated, which means that the construction of intelligent warehousing will be the next project that must be invested. With the current situation of no manpower to carry out the picking and distribution of goods, enterprises have begun to seek various sets of software development, with the development of digital technology, so there are automatic intelligent warehousing management cases. Based on the practical experience of this research as property management (warehouse management), this research department uses the planning and R&D energy set of automatic storage in the unit for the small warehouse extended in the unit, and through the simulation of the small automatic storage system, the automatic storage system with future development potential can be improved and customized. This study envisages the situation problem when it is implemented, and the biggest difficulty encountered at present is to set up the software and networking part, because the business of the study itself has not really participated in the research and development task of the automatic storage plan in the unit, and the experience in writing software programs is limited, so this study does not actually explore the back-end operation mode of small automatic storage, and only uses the system engineering development mode to develop the automatic storage warehouse (small automatic storage system) extended out of the unit. Because the units in this study are facing the demand for mass production tasks, most of the manpower is put into the mass production operation environment, the logistics business is in short supply, how to introduce the concept of intelligent automatic storage into the warehousing business of the unit where the work is held, and then achieve labor cost savings in the daily operation of ordering goods and distributing goods, and concentrate professional manpower in the production process operation, which is the benefit that this research hopes to achieve.
