資訊人員職業倦怠之關鍵因素研究

摘要


本研究以支援單位屬性的資訊人員作為研究對象,希望透過資訊人員所產生的工作壓力源分析與瞭解,未來是否能有更好的方法或方式來降低與預防資訊人員產生職業倦怠。在經過本研究分析後發現「服務對象」、「工作完整性」、「時間壓力」是支援單位屬性的資訊人員產生工作壓力並造成職業倦怠的主要來源,更希望藉此研究讓對此有興趣的後勤資訊主管可以了解問題後,帶領資訊部門同事提升部門效率使公司企業獲得更多的利潤,並試圖說服企業主或高層主管扭轉企業主只認為資訊系統單位只是個花錢的單位,讓後勤資訊系統人員獲得更多的尊重與薪資待遇並達到減少資訊人員職業倦怠發生的機會。

The research objects of this study are the information technology (IT) personnel who support the attributes of the organization. This may analysis and reveal the pressure resources on the personnel if there will be some better solutions or methods to decrease and prevent the job burnout. The study has found that “service targets", "work completion" and "time pressures" are the main sources of work stress for the personnel supporting the attributes of their organization in the IT department. Also this may have the interested IT leaders in logistics realize the issues to lead the IT staff to provide higher performance in benefits for the organization. To turn over the aspects of the management level to consider that the IT dept. is just a spending unit, this study may allow the logistic IT staff earn higher respect and salary and decrease the chances of having job burnout in their career life.
