共享經濟模式下租賃業的經營策略-以系統整合服務業為例

摘要


90年代「系統整合服務供應商」的出現,曾紅極一時,而因景氣不佳、經營不善導致難以維持的也不在少數,處於資訊服務業一環的系統整合服務業,在近年物聯網發展、共享經濟模式興起的背景下,迄今仍能屹立不搖的系統服務供應商必有其可取的策略之道。本研究以I企業股份有限公司為個案,採深度訪談、次級資料、動態能力理論進行SWOT分析,歸納在資訊業快速發展、共享經濟模式興起的背景下,蔡董事長如何帶領團隊免受產業環境衝擊,轉型突破,以iPLATFORM品牌再造全國系統整合服務新價值的經營策略,藉此提出建議供相關產業參考。

The system integration service industry emerged in the ‘90s and was extremely popular for a time, but the economic recession combined with poor management made it difficult to maintain the longevity of the industry. System integration is a part of the information service industry and with the rise of The Internet of Things and the Shared Economic Model, the system service industry that still thrives must have its merits worth learning. This research uses the case of I Co. Ltd. to conduct a SWOT analysis through in-depth interviews, secondary data, and Dynamic Capability Theory, generalizing how Chairman Tsai uses leases to lead the team to avoid industrial impacts and to undergo an enterprise transition using the iPLATFORM brand to imbue new value to the national system integration service industry. The results of this research serve as good advice to similar industries.
