本研究旨在探討國小教師激勵因素與工作投入的現況,並分析國小教師激勵因素與工作投入之間的相關性以及激勵因素對工作投入的預測力。本研究採問卷調查法,使用的工具為「國小教師激勵因素與工作投入之調查問卷」。以桃園縣公立國民小學教師為母群體,實際有效樣本為551位國小教師。首先探討國小教師激勵因素與工作投入的現況,接著考驗不同背景變項之國小教師其激勵因素與工作投入是否有差異,最後則進一步探討國小教師激勵因素與工作投入之間的相關性以及激勵因素對教師工作投入的預測力。研究結果分述如下: 一、桃園縣國小教師對激勵因素的感受程度屬中上程度 二、桃園縣國小教師對保健因素的感受程度屬中上程度 三、桃園縣國小教師對工作投入的感受程度屬中上程度 四、不同年齡、職務、教育程度及師資培育別之桃園縣國小教師在整體激勵因素層面上有顯著差異 五、不同職務、服務年資、學校所在地之桃園縣國小教師在整體保健因素層面上有顯著差異 六、不同年齡、職務、教育程度及師資培育別之桃園縣國小教師在整體工作投入層面上有顯著差異 七、不同背景變項之桃園縣國小教師在激勵因素的滿足感較保健因素高 八、桃園縣國小教師激勵因素與工作投入具有顯著正相關 九、桃園縣國小教師激勵因素各層面中以「責任感」對於整體工作投入最具預測效果 根據以上研究結果提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校與未來研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of elementary school teachers’ motivational factors and job involvement and the relationship between them. The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was ”The Relationship between Motivational Factors and Job Involvement of Elementary School Teachers’ questionnaire”. Eventually, 551 valid samples were produced by the target teachers from public elementary schools in Taoyuan County, Taiwan. The first focus is on the current situation of teachers’ motivational factors and job involvement. Secondly, the researcher further investigated how teachers’ motivational factors and job involvement differ in terms of their background. At last the relationship between these two main elements will then be studied closely. The research draws the following conclusions: 1. The elementary school teachers scored above average in motivational factors. 2. The elementary school teachers scored above average in hygienic factors. 3. The elementary school teachers scored above average in job involvement. 4.The elementary school teachers with different background variables of ”Age”, ”Position” and ”Education” significantly differ in motivational factors. 5.The elementary school teachers with different background variables of ”Position”, ”Years of Service” and ”Region” significantly differ in hygienic factors. 6.The elementary school teachers with different background variables of ”Age”, ”Position” and ”Education” significantly differ in job involvement. 7. The elementary school teachers who got the higher scores in motivational factors than in the hygienic factors 8. There is a high positive correlation between teachers in motivational factors and job involvement. 9. Among those motivational factors, ”Responsibility” effects job involvement most Finally,based on the conclusions above the suggestions proposed by the author can be used for future reference for educational administration instituter, schools and researchers.
