國中學生的自我效能、情緒調節與網路成癮之關聯性研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究國中學生的自我效能、情緒調節與網路成癮等三個變項之間的關係。 本研究採用問卷法,以臺北市國中學生為研究對象,隨機分層抽樣的方式,抽取10間學校,共計254位學生,有效問卷共239份,有效回收達94.1%,施測「中學生自我效能量表」、「情緒調節量表」以及「陳氏網路成癮量表」,進行描述統計、t考驗、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸以及結構方程模式等分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、國中學生網路成癮的疑似個案約25.1%,表示網路成癮狀況嚴重。 二、國中學生網路成癮的狀況在年級的變項有顯著差異,九年級學生網路成癮狀況比七年級學生嚴 重,而在性別變項沒有顯著差異。 三、自我效能和網路成癮呈現顯著負相關,自我效能與情緒調節呈現顯著正相關,而情緒調節與網 路成癮無顯著關係。 四、學業自我效能、玩網路遊戲的時間以及觀看網路影片、文章的時間可以顯著預測網路成癮的狀 況。 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對於家長、教育機構、教師及未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among the three variables of middle school students' self-efficacy, emotional regulation and Internet addiction. The methodology was mainly a questionnaire survey. The valid return rate was 94% and 239 students of junior high schools in Taipei City participated in this study. Three questionnaires employed were “Self Efficacy Scale for Junior High School Students ” “Emotion Regulation Questionnaire ” and “Chen Internet Addiction Scale ” The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression and structural equation model analysis. 1. About 25.1% of junior high school students were the suspected cases of Internet addiction Internet addiction was a high level。 2. There were significant differences in the grade variables of the Internet addiction of junior high school students, and the Internet addiction of ninth grade students were more serious than seventh graders students, while there were no significant difference in gender variables. 3. There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and Internet addiction, and a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and emotional regulation, but no significant relationship between emotional regulation and Internet addiction. 4. Academic self-efficacy , time viewing video and time online can significantly predict Internet addiction and the other two variables of interpersonal self-efficacy and emotional regulation can’t predict Internet addiction.
