本研究旨在瞭解青少年煩惱的原因，以及煩惱的因素分析，以提供教師與家長之相關建議與社會大眾之相關建議。
本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料的收集與分析，研究的對象為新竹市公、私立高中、高職的學生為主，採簡單隨機抽樣。本研究中問卷共發出850份，剔除漏答或填寫不完整的無效問卷，剩餘的有效問卷為838份，則有效問卷回收比率為98.59%。
問卷設計部份，在第一部分個人基本資料分為：性別、年齡、父母的婚姻關係、目前的居住狀況、在家中的排名、父親的教育程度、母親的教育程度、父親的職業、母親的職業、父親的管教態度、母親的管教態度、家庭的經濟狀況等12項。
在第二部分問卷內容共有50個題目，依照影響青少年煩惱之13個因素分為：個人內隱因素、父母管教因素、學校成績因素、未來不定因素、人際關係因素、社會體制因素、經濟層面因素、學校教導因素、休閒娛樂因素、身體外顯因素、心緒感受因素、情感影響因素及耐力不佳因素。
正式施測後所蒐集的資料，以SPSS for Windows12.0版套裝軟體處理。資料處理的統計方法，包括有描述性統計分析、T-test及單因子變異數分析。
從本研究中發現，青少年時期煩惱主要是在於學校成績考量因素。最後，本研究提出對未來研究者及家長、學校老師、社會大眾之建議。

English abstract
This research is for the purpose of understanding that the young people worry the reason, as well as the worry factor analysis, provides the teacher and the guardian the related suggestion with the social populace the related suggestion.
This research uses the questionnaire survey procedure to carry on the material the collection and the analysis, the research object for Xinzhu male, the privately established high school, the quality student primarily, picks the simple random sampling. In this research the questionnaire altogether sends out 850, the rejection leaks answers or the filling in incomplete invalid questionnaire, the surplus effective questionnaire is 838, then the effective questionnaire recycling ratio is 98.59%.
The questionnaire design part, divides into the first part of individual basic document: The sex, the age, parents' marriage ties, the present housing condition, in home's place, father's education level, mother's education level, father's occupation, mother's occupation, the father teaches the manner, the mother to teach the manner, the family financial circumstance and so on 12 items.
Altogether has 50 topics in the second part of questionnaire content, according to affects 13th the factors young people worry to divide into: In individual the hidden factor, the parents will teach the factor, the school result factor, the future not to decide the factor, the interpersonal relationship factor, the social system factor, the economical stratification plane factor, the school guidance factor, the rest and recreation factor, the bodily apparent factor, the state of mind feeling factor, the emotion influencing factor and the endurance not good factor.

Discovered from this research that the young people time worry mainly lies in the school result consideration factor. Finally of, this research will propose suggestion to the future researcher and the guardian, school teacher, the social populace.
