在全球企業經營環境競爭的趨勢下,電子產業不僅要追求市場的市佔率,更要致力於企業的競爭優勢。如何以低成本、高品質並符合客戶交期的供應鏈管理,來滿足市場客戶之需求,已成為企業經營之重心。 從最源頭進行供應鏈的風險控管,所獲致的成效將會是最大。而供應商評選乃為供應鏈管理領域中重要的議題。本研究以表面黏著技術產業為對象,對專業經理人進行專家的意見訪查徵詢、並將訪查之精華與文獻探討之精髓設計出問卷並進行問卷調查、並以 SPSS 12.0為工具進行問卷資料之信度與效度的統計分析、並利用因素分析法萃取出主成分後,建構出企業評選的層級架構;共包含五大構面及十項評價指標。並利用SWOT 法綜合考量影響表面黏著產業的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅因素。透過五力分析法將既有競爭者的競爭程度、潛在進入者的新進威脅、替代品之替代威脅、購買者的議價能力、以及供應商的議價能力進行決策模式分析;冀望企業在進行評選供應商時,能綜合考量各方面的因素,做出對企業最好的決定。期盼能協助實務界經理人在選取供應商時能有依循參考之指標,以提升企業營運之效益。
In the global competing environment, companies in the electronics field not only have to work for higher market share but also have to strengthen their competitiveness for future survival. Building a supply chain system that can support the delivery of low cost, high quality and short lead time has become a key strategy for management. Managing suppliers in the early stage could minimize the risk and maximize the benefits to the enterprises; therefore the selection of good suppliers has become one of the most important issues in supply chain management. This thesis investigates the supply chain risk management by in-depth interview with experts in surface mount technology industry so as to design the questionnaire to collect the data for analysis. SPSS12.0 is used for the analysis of the results of the questionnaire. Factor analysis is used to extract principal components, and construct the hierarchy structure logistics, including five main phases and 10 evaluation indicators. SWOT analysis is used to consider factors that affect strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of logistics in a firm. And forces including:Competitions between the existing competitors; threats from potential entrants; the threats from the substitutes; bargaining power of buyers, and bargaining power of suppliers factors were used in the five forces analysis. Therefore the methodology proposed here is for enterprise to select suitable suppliers and to increase business performance.
