摘要 如何讓剛畢業的大學生快速進入室內設計公司的實際作業流程,因應不同室內設計公司的文化,應讓新進設計助理快速地進入狀況、減少錯誤的發生,避免非必要的成本損失,甚而避免影響公司的信譽。員工從初出茅爐到獨當一面的設計助理,往往需要半年到一年的時間才能完整的熟悉整個設計流程,當設計助理完成階段性學習後,如何引導他成為公司想要的人才? 本研究所提之流程先針對企業文化做公司基本介紹,瞭解組織結構與角色,增加企業認同感與角色定位,針對職責部分作探討。建立可應用於小型室內設計公司的設計助理在職訓練職責標準化流程,接續將與室內設計繪圖與工程實務做連結,實際表格化操作而加深印象。對於客戶的基本對應上也能培養獨立思考的能力。依列表增加輔助設計師的能力,進而成為能獨當一面的設計師。公司再依照職責表單進行人員評比,了解其設計助理的能力安排相對應不足的訓練。當人員於訓練階段中產生的問題與反應,即可評斷出該員工是否適任於公司,本研究就整理出一些基本準則,對於決定人員的適任性,有一個輔助的參考依據。
Abstract How to let freshly graduated college students quickly enter the actual work process of an interior design company? In accordance with the culture of different design companies, new design assistants should be allowed to quickly enter the situation, reduce the occurrence of errors, avoid unnecessary cost losses, and even avoid affecting the company’s Credibility. It usually takes half a year to a year for an employee to become a dedicated design assistant. After the design assistant completes the phased learning, how to guide him to become the talent the company wants? The process mentioned in this study first introduces the company's corporate culture, understands the organizational structure and roles, increases corporate identity and role positioning, and discusses about responsibility. Establish a standardized process of on-the-job training responsibilities for design assistants that can be applied to small interior design companies, and continue to link interior design drawings and engineering practices, and actual tabular operations will deepen the impression. The ability of independent thinking can also be cultivated in the basic correspondence with customers. Increase the ability of assisting designers according to the list, and then become a designer who can work alone. The company then conducts personnel appraisal according to the responsibilities form, and understands the ability of its design assistants to arrange corresponding insufficient training. When an employee has questions and reactions during the training, it can be judged whether the employee is qualified for the company. This study will sort out some basic guidelines to provide an auxiliary reference for determining the qualification of the employee.
