本研究旨在瞭解房務員在工作生活品質各面向之知覺差異,與對於工作態度中工作滿足與組織承諾的影響,以質性研究之訪談法,分別訪談八位任職於本個案旅館房務部之房務員。藉由探討「薪資及福利」、「工作環境」、「工作特性」、「訓練及發展」、「組織氣候」、「人際關係」等面向,房務員對於目前工作及組織之認知與主觀經驗感受。 研究發現,在工作生活品質各構面中,「男性」知覺程度高於「女性」,「年齡」方面亦存在些許差異程度,以「年長組」知覺程度較高,餘「教育程度」、「籍別」之個人屬性較無明顯差異。在工作滿足影響因素中,顯示工作生活品質各面向之滿意程度越高,工作滿足程度越高。組織承諾與留任意願中,房務員之態度皆呈正向,留任意願方面,除「壯年組」無明顯意願,餘房務員皆希望能繼續留任。
The purpose of this study was to understand the room maids measure in the quality of working life dimensions of the perceived differences, and the impact on working attitude. Qualitative research interview is used on eight interviewees who were employed in this case of Hotel Housekeeping. By investigating some dimensions such as "salary and benefits", " work environment ", "job characteristics ", "training and development ", "organizational climate", "interpersonal relationships". We can understand room maids’ organization of work for the present and the subjective experience of cognitive feelings. Implications of the study were discussed in this study. The findings of this study showed that quality of working life in various dimensions had higher level in perception of men than women. Those who is older in age also had higher level in perception. But the level of education and nationality had no significant differences. Affecting factors of job satisfaction showed that the quality of working life satisfaction and job satisfaction had the degree of positive correlation. There is positive attitude for room maids in organizational commitment and remain desire, apart from the 36-50 age group had less remain desire than rest of the room maids.
