新移民女性勞動參與所得與經驗之探討

摘要

參與台灣勞動市場的新移民女性，為台灣社會提供了相當的勞動力，她們的勞動參與經驗如何？本研究針對目前參與勞動市場有薪資所得或營業收入的18位東南亞籍女性配偶，觀察她們任職於各行業的概況、勞動參與所得、轉換職業或創業的經驗與考量。剖析新移民女性在台灣勞動市場中，具有那些有利的資本，促使其所得有高低的不同，以及各種資本的來源、累積與運用情況，以勾勒出資本對新移民女性勞動參與所得影響之樣貌。

Female Immigrants have considerable participation in Taiwan’s labor market, and how about their labor force participation experience? The research interviewed eighteen South East Asia female immigrants who have salary or operating income in Taiwan labor market, to study their income and labor force participation experience, job transfer and start-up experiences and considerations. The research also explored which factors have effect on the female immigrants’ income, and how did they accumulate and make use of such capital to increase their income.
