臺中市大學生電動機車購買意願之研究

摘要

在全球氣候變遷不斷加劇下，每年產生了許多的天然災害，其中包括水災、土石流及火災，而臺灣地區也不例外，但為持續保護我們生存的環境，對於電動機車的發展成為我們努力的途徑。近年來臺灣地區持續推動電動機車取代傳統燃油機車之政策，透過大量汰換舊款燃油機車及補助電動機車購車金額等手段，逐步提升臺灣地區電動機車使用量。本研究以中市的大學生族群為目標進行研究，探討影響中市大學生購買電動機車意願之重要因素，其中因大學生為機車之首購族群，且為年滿十八歲取得初次機車駕照的年齡，若能提高其購買電動機車之意願，相信對環境永續的幫助是可以預期的。本研究透過問卷設計調查中市地區9所大學生機車使用偏好，進而探討影響大學生購買電動機車之顯著因素。研究模式採用羅吉斯特回歸模式及排序羅吉特模式兩種。模式校估結果指出現有機車燃油花費越高者、大學生年齡、有補助獎勵措施、家戶高所得、男性且具備環境保意識、對電動機車同意程度越高者、電動機車營運效能均會正向影響大學生購買意願。最後所獲得的研究結果建議，政府機關應該建置友善電動機車環境來促進電動機車的發展。

As global climate change intensifies,natural disasters have become more frequent every year,including floods,landslides and fires,Taiwan is no exception.In order to protect our environment,the development of electrical two-wheeled vehicles has become a way for us to work hard.In recent years,Taiwan has continued to promote the policy of replacing traditional diesel motorcycles with electrical two-wheeled vehicles and gradually increase the use of electrical two-wheeled vehicles in Taiwan by replacing old diesel two-wheeled vehicles and subsidizing the purchase amount of electrical two-wheeled vehicles.This research,aimed for the college students in Taichung City explores the important factors that affect the intention of college students to buy electrical two-wheeled vehicles in Taichung City.College students are in the youngest age group to purchase two-wheeled vehicles ,able to obtain the first two-wheeled vehicles driver’s license.If the government can increase their intention to buy electric two-wheeled vehicles ,it is believed that the sustainable help to protect the environment can be expected.This research uses a questionnaire design to investigate the preference of students in nine colleges in the city for their opinion on electric two-wheeled vehicles,and explores the significant factors that affect college students’ intention to purchase electric two-wheeled vehicles.The result of the model pointed out that the higher the fuel cost of the existing two-wheeled vehicles, the higher the age of college students, the higher the subsidy incentives,the higher the income of households, gender and the higher the environmental protection awareness,the higher the degree of consent to the electric two-wheeled vehicles ,the higher the operating efficiency of the electric two-wheeled vehicles will have a positive effect on the purchasing insentive for college students.Overall,the results obtained suggest that government agencies should establish a friendly environment for electrical two-wheeled vehicles to promote their development.
