社區大學身體活動課程參與者 身體自我概念與生活滿意度關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Learners' Physical Self-Concept and Life Satisfaction in Physical Activity Courses at Community College

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在探討社區大學身體活動課程參與者身體自我概念與生活滿意度關係之研究,主要的研究目的有四:(一) 瞭解社區大學身體活動課程參與者的身體自我概念及生活滿意度之現況;(二) 探討不同背景社區大學身體活動課程參與者在身體自我概念及生活滿意度之差異;(三) 瞭解社區大學身體活動課程參與者的身體自我概念及生活滿意度之相關情形;(四) 分析社區大學身體活動課程參與者身體自我概念對生活滿意度之預測力。 本研究經參考相關文獻後編製本研究用工具量表。量表內容包含基本資料、身體自我概念量表、生活滿意度量表。調查對象為108 學年度(2019 年 11月)南投縣社區大學各分校秋季班實際參與身體活動課程之學員;正式問卷調查共發出 525 份問卷,回收有效問卷 444 份,有效問卷率為 84.6%。 問卷調查實施之後,問卷資料採用次數分配、百分比、標準差、描述性統計分析、單因子變異數ANOVA分析、雪費法(事後檢定)、 Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法。資料分析結果歸納出下列研究結論: 一、社區大學身體活動課程參與者身體自我概念屬於中等以上程度,以「運動能力」層面感受較高。 二、社區大學身體活動課程參與者在本研究顯示,七個背景變項中,性別、年齡、主要經濟來源、婚姻狀況、居住狀況、退休前及目前職業在「身體自我概念」的知覺差異未達顯著。只有「教育程度」達顯著差異。 三、社區大學身體活動課程參與者生活滿意度屬於中等以上程度,以「家庭」層面感受較高。而在「工作」構面的生活滿意度部分相較其他構面偏低。 四、社區大學身體活動課程參與者的年齡、婚姻狀況、居住狀況三個背景變項,在「生活滿意度」的知覺差異均達顯著水準。 五、社區大學身體活動課程參與者身體自我概念與生活滿意度呈現顯著正相關。 六、社區大學身體活動課程參與者身體自我概念對生活滿意度具有預測力,其中以「身體狀況」預測力最佳。

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore relationships between conceptions about bodies by oneself and satisfactions about the life of participants in the physical activity courses at community colleges. (1) To realize and know the physical self-concepts and life satisfaction of participants in the physical activity courses of community colleges participants; (2) To explore the differences in body self-conceptions and life satisfaction about participants in physical activity courses in community colleges; (3) Understand the physical self-concept and life satisfaction of participants in the physical activity course of community colleges, and(4) analyze the predictive power of the body self-concept of the participants in the physical activity course of community colleges to life satisfaction. This study is based on reference to relevant literature and the tool scale for this study is prepared. The contents of the scale include basic data, body self-concept scale, life satisfaction scale. The respondents were participants in the actual and physical activity courses of Nantou County community colleges in fall,2019, and a total of 525 questionnaires were sent out in the official questionnaire, with a valid questionnaire rate of 84.6%. After reviewing the relevant literature and questionnaire, the "Research Questionnaire on the Relationship between Body Self-Concept and Life Satisfaction of Participants in community colleges Physical Activity Course" was selected as a research tool for this study, and after the questionnaire was implemented, the data were analyzed, descriptive statistical analysis, single factor change analysis, and Scheffé method, Pearson correlation and multi-regression analysis and other statistical methods. The results of the data analysis summarize the following research conclusions: 1.The physical self-concept of participants in the physical activity course of community colleges belongs to a moderate or above level, in order to "exercise ability" Higher-level feeling. 2. Participants in the physical activity course at community colleges showed that in the seven background variants, there was no significant difference in perception of gender, age, major sources of income, marital status, residency status, pre-retirement and current occupation in the "body self-concept". Only "educational levels" varied significantly. 3.The life satisfaction of participants in the physical activity course of community colleges was above the medium level, and the feeling was higher at the "family" level. The life satisfaction portion of the "work" structure is lower than that of other structures. 4.The cognitive differences in "life satisfaction" were significant among the three background variables of age, marital status and residence status of participants in the physical activity course sat at community colleges. 5. The physical self-concept and life satisfaction of participants in the physical activity course of community colleges showed a significant positive correlation. 6. Participants in the physical activity course of community colleges had predictive power in their physical self-concept and life satisfaction, with the best predictive power in terms of "physical condition".
