本論文提出利用光譜儀對日常人們所飲用之茶葉是否含有農藥殘留進行檢測,由於一般食品檢測皆須送樣至專門機構進行專業檢測,而檢測結果並非即時告知,乃須等待1~2週方可得知檢驗結果,這樣對於茶農想立即知道製造出來的茶葉是否含有超標的農藥殘留及一般民眾想知道自身所飲用得茶葉是否含有農藥殘留,造成極大的不便,在此前提下,我們參考光譜儀檢測食物農藥殘留的構思,來對茶葉中農藥的殘留進行實驗與研究,經使用光譜儀反覆的對相同茶葉,並參雜兩種不同濃度的農藥進行實驗後,我們得到兩個特定波長對兩農藥的分辨檢測是有效的,並在特定波長下可以利用偵測透光度計算後,代入線性回歸公式去找出農藥濃度,並初步判斷該茶葉是否含有超標的農藥殘留,因此認為光譜儀應用於農藥殘留檢測是有效的。
This paper presents the people drinking the tea for daily whether they contain pesticide residues were detected by use the spectrometer. As the general food testing are required to send samples to the specialized agencies specialized testing, but the test results of the notice are not instantaneous, it should be wait one or two weeks that can get the test results. It is very inconvenient that for the tea grower want to know the tea they make and the people want to know the tea they drinking is it have the over target pesticide residues. In this reason we reference the idea about spectrometer for the detection of pesticide Residues in vegetable, to study of the application of spectrometer for the detection of pesticide residues in tea. After repeated experiment about use same tea and mixed two different pesticides and different consistency, we got the two specific wavelength, that effective to distinguish between two different pesticides. And it can be used to detect transmittance intensity after calculation at a specific wavelength into the linear regression equation to find out the concentration of pesticide. And elementary to judge the tea is having the over target pesticide residues. So, the application of spectrometer for the detection of pesticide residues in tea is useful.
