企業導入創新資訊系統之關鍵成功因素-以網路電話交換機系統為例

通訊媒體的多樣化、通訊頻寬的增加及通訊設備的進步都是使人們妥善增加效率節省時間的利器，但是傳統電話交換機依然被大量使用，即使網路電話交換機的發展已經非常成熟，至今卻依然無法快速取代傳統電話交換機，歸咎其原因非常錯綜複雜，雖然經過事前審慎評估，但是卻導入依然失敗的案例不勝枚舉。本論文以導入網路電話交換機系統為研究範圍，從瞭解網路通訊的基礎、原理及特性出發，並經由導入網路電話交換機系統之成功案例來探討其影響因素為研究方向，最後並歸納整理出最重要的關鍵成功因素，希冀本研究在網路廣泛被運用的雲端科技時代，可提供未來欲導入網路電話交換機系統者之參考。

This thesis regards research range implement into the IP telephone exchange system as, from understanding the foundation, principle and characteristic of the network communication set out, and probe into its influence factor in order to study the direction via the successful case that is implement into the IP telephone exchange system, sum up and put in order out the most important successful factor of key finally, hope the scientific and technological era of high in the clouds technology that this research is used extensively in the network, can offer the reference of the persons who want to implement into the IP telephone exchange system in the future.
