高風險家庭兒童個案處遇之探究-以一位ADHD兒童個案為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在於(1)探討一位高風險家庭兒童個案處遇之歷程。(2)研究結果可提出未來對高風險家庭兒童處遇計畫之建議。 本研究採質性研究中田野研究法之觀察法。 本研究結果發現:(1)團體輔導有利社工員對兒童受暴狀況及需要有更深入的認識。(2)透過團體輔導及社工員後續的個案訪視追蹤輔導,讓兒童充份感受到被接納,並在人際互動、自我概念上產生正向改變。(3)經過團體工作與後續之個案工作服務處遇後,高風險兒童確實在人際需求與自我保護能力上有所提昇。(4)為避免兒童落入受暴風險,社工團隊需透過多元管道與方法來捍衛兒童權益。最後根據研究結果進行討論,並提出相關建議以供社工員、學校方面、輔導諮商人員,有關未來高風險家庭兒童處遇計畫,以及後續研究者之參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the process of intervention of a child client in High Risk Family. Also providing some suggestions of intervention plans of children clients in High Risk Family. The study was conducted by qualitative research: Field Work, Observation. The study revealed that: (1)The group counseling can benefit social workers to have a deeper understanding of the situation and needs of children in violence. (2)Through group counseling and social worker’ follow-up visits and counseling, children can fully feel accepted and learn interpersonal skills to enhance positive self-concept. (3)After group work and subsequent casework service interventions, high-risk children do have positive changes in interpersonal needs and self-protect. (4)In order to prevent children from falling into the risk of violence, the social worker team actually defends children’s rights through multiple channels. Finally, a discussion was preceded according to the results, and suggestions as well as references of intervention of children clients in high risk family were provided for social workers, educational institutions, counselors and researchers to continue afterward researches.
