中部地區特色學校與學校組織文化關係之研究

摘要


本研究主要在瞭解中部地區特色學校與學校組織文化之現況,並探討中部地區特色學校與學校組織文化之關係。本研究採問卷調查方式,研究對象以中部地區2013-2015年度教育部「國民中小學營造空間美學與發展特色學校計畫」審查通過核定補助學校之教育人員為研究母群體,以「中部地區特色學校與學校組織文化關係調查問卷」為工具,採取普查方式進行調查。並將蒐集到的資料,分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe''''法以及Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析。 本研究結論為: 一、中部地區特色學校教育人員知覺特色學校現況呈現高程度,其中以績效與品 牌層面得分最高 二、中部地區特色學校教育人員知覺學校組織文化現況呈現高程度,其中以創新 型層面得分最高 三、31-40 歲的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在特色學校的資源整合層面知覺 高於41-50 歲 四、碩士以上學歷的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在特色學校的知覺高於學士 五、教師職務的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在特色學校的教學與課程層面知覺 高於組長 六、12班以下及25班以上的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在特色學校的知覺高 於13-24班 七、偏遠地區的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在特色學校的行政經營層面知覺高 於一般地區 八、教師職務的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在學校組織文化的支持型層面知覺 高於組長 九、12班以下的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在學校組織文化的創新型層面知 覺高於13-24班 十、偏遠地區的中部地區特色學校教育人員,在學校組織文化的創新型、支持型 二個層面知覺高於一般地區 十一、中部地區特色學校與學校組織文化之間呈現中高度正相關

The research studies the situation of the featurered schools (FS) and school organizational culture (SOC) in central Taiwan and their relationship in between. By adopting the method of a questionnaire survey, with the educational staff from the schools granted as the beneficiaries in receiving funds from the Department of Education in the program of “Building Spatial Aesthetics and Developing Featurered Schools in Junior High and Elementary Schools” during 2013 and 2015 as the population, and “the Questionnaire of the Survey on the Relationship Between Featured Schools and School Organization Culture” as the tool, the research was carried by way of census investigation. With all the data collected and analyzed via the descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, and Pearson correlation, it is concluded as follows: 1. A significance was shown on the awareness of the educational staff of the featured schools in central Taiwan (ESFSCT) on the school situation, among which it was in the respect of the awareness on the school performances and brands that stood the highest. 2. A significance was revealed on the awarness of the ESFSCT on SOC, espeically highest in the respect of creativity. 3. The awareness of the ESFSCT aging between 31 and 40 is higher than those aging between 41 and 50 in the aspect of FS resources integration. 4. In terms of the the awareness on FS, it is ESFSCT with master’s degree higher than those with bachelor’s degree. 5. The awareness of the ESFSCT entitled with Teacher is higher than those with Section Chief in terms of teaching and curriculum in FS. 6. The awareness of FS on the ESFSCT from the schools below 12 classes and over 25 classes is higher than those from the schools consisted of 13-24 classes. 7. In the respect of administrative managment in FS, the awareness of the ESFSCT working in remote areas is higher than those in general areas. 8. The awareness of the ESFSCT entitled with Teachers is higher than those with Section Chiefs in the respect of supportiveness in SOC. 9. The awareness of FS on the ESFSCT from the schools below 12 classes, in the aspect of creativity in SOC, is higher than those from the schools consisted of 13-24 classes. 10. In the respect of creativity and supportiveness in SOC, the awareness of the ESFSCT working in remote areas is higher than those in general areas. 11. An intermediate positive correlation is found between FS and SOC in central Taiwan. Based on the result of the study, certain suggestions are submitted for the references of the educational and administrative authorities, and educational staff of high schools, and elementary schools.
