本研究以為社團法人中華基督教救助協會之六位擔任中高階主管的工作人員為研究對象,旨在探討他們組織文化對於管理者的決策影響。期盼透過研究達到以下目的: 一、瞭解非營利機構組織文化與管理者的決策特性與認同 二、瞭解組織文化影響管理者的決策過程。 三、根據上述結果,提供非營利機構內管理者決策實務上的建議。 本研究採用質性研究之半結構式訪談法作為基礎,根據研究主題設計訪談題目來蒐集六位訪談對象的資料。研究結論如下: 一、救助協會組織文化的特性,包含宗教性文化、創新性文化以及支持性文化,其中宗教性文化強調社會服務與傳教工作,有別於其他非營利組織。 二、管理者的決策過程,從決策前提、決策要件以及影響決策的因素,都受到過去的經驗例如:基督教信仰與工作經驗建構的價值觀所影響。 三、救助協會組織文化的危機,必須重新正視變革的契機
This study is conducted with six mid- to senior-level executives of the Chinese Christian Relief Association (CCRA). The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational culture on the decision making of the management, aiming to achieve the following objectives. 1. To explore the organizational culture of nonprofit organizations and the management’s decision making characteristics and identity 2. To understand the effect of organizational culture on the management’s decision making process. 3. To provide practical suggestions for nonprofit organization managers' decision making based on the above findings. The study conducts qualitative research through semi-structured interviews, collecting data from the six interviewees by designing interview questions based on the research topic. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The organizational culture of relief associations includes religious culture, innovative culture, and supportive culture, among which religious culture emphasizes social service and missionary work, which is different from other non-profit organizations. 2. Managers’ decision making process, from the premises and the elements of decision making to the factors that influence decision making, are all influenced by past experiences such as the values constructed by Christian faith and work experience. 3. The crisis of relief associations’ organizational culture must be revisited as an opportunity for change.
