台中市國民中學學生知覺教師正向領導與 自我效能關係之研究

摘要


本研究目的在了解台中市國民中學學生知覺教師正向領導與自我效能關係之現況,以及探討學生不同背景變項對知覺教師正向領導與自我效能之差異情形。 本研究以問卷調查法為研究方法,以自編之「台中市國民中學學生知覺教師正向領導與自我效能關係之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,以台中市106學年度就讀公立國民中學(不含完全中學)之七年級學生。總計發出210份問卷,回收210份,有效問卷共計180份,回收率為85%。問卷回收後,將其問卷調查內容所得之資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析,其研究結果如下: 一、 國民中學七年級學生正向領導現況具有中高度知覺,以「營造正向氣氛」最高,以「建立正向關係」最低。 二、 國民中學生七年級學生對自我效能現況具有中高度知覺,以「言語說服」最高,以「能力表現」最低。 三、 國民中學生七年級學生對正向領導及自我效能的現況在性別上無差異。 四、 不同學校規模的國民中學生七年級學生對於正向領導有差異性。 五、 學校規模在13班至48班規模的學校整體而言學生的自我效能會大於學校規模在12班以的學校。 六、 不同學校地區的國民中學生對正向領導及自我效能的現況有差異性。 七、 「教師正向領導」與「自我效能」之相關程度呈現中度正相關。 八、 「教師正向領導」中之「培養正向意義」及「建立正向關係」兩層面對「自我效能」具有預測力。

The goal for this research is to understand the current situation of the relationship between junior high school teachers’ positive leadership and students’ self-efficacy in the city of Taichung. The study also discusses the causal effect between students’ background variation and their self-efficacy under the influence of teachers’ positive leadership. The research methodology used in this study is a self-designed questionnaire survey. The name of the survey is: (not needed) “The questionnaire survey of the relationship between junior high school teachers’ positive leadership and students’ self-efficacy in the city of Taichung”. 210 questionnaires were given to 7th grade students enrolling in public junior high schools in the year of 2017. 210 questionnaires were given out and all were returned. Among the 210 questionnaires received; only 180 are valid. Therefore, the returning rate is 85%. The questionnaires are then analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics, t-tests, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The findings are concluded in the following: 1. 7th graders in Taichung have a medium-high awareness toward instructor’s positive leadership. According to the statistics, the highest awareness of students is creating positive atmosphere, and the lowest one is creating positive relationship. 7th graders in Taichung have a medium-high awareness of one’s current self-efficacy. According to the statistics, the highest awareness is verbal persuasion and lowest one is self-performance. 2. 7th graders’ awareness of positive leadership and self-efficacy shows no difference in genders. 3. It shows no difference in the awareness of 7th graders from schools with different scale. 4. Students from schools with different scale have differences in over-all score and positive leadership but not in self-efficacy. 5. Students from schools with 13~48 classes have a higher general awareness than those students from schools with below12 classes. 6. Students from different school districts show a difference in positive leadership and self-efficacy. That is, students from metropolitan districts possess a higher awareness compared with those from the coastal districts. Moreover, Students from the metropolitan and Tun areas have a higher awareness toward instructor’s positive leadership than those from the coastal areas. Meanwhile, students from metropolitan area also have a higher self-efficacy than those from the mountain area. 7. The relationship between “Teacher’s positive leadership” and “Students’ self-efficacy” has a medium positive correlation. 8. Teachers’ positive leadership has a predictive effect on students’ self-efficacy.
