本研究旨在探究南投縣國民中小學教師知覺校長落實教育永續領導作為之情形,研究方法為文獻分析法與問卷調查法,問卷調查樣本以南投縣國民中小學學校教師為研究對象,有效問卷為215份。統計方法採用敘述統計、皮爾森相關、t檢定、因素分析以及變異數分析。研究結果為: 1.教師在知覺校長落實教育續領導上的得分情形為中上程度,其中最高分為資源使用策略,最低分為願景與目標。 2.不同性別、年齡、教務別、身份別、國中小學體系、最高學歷之教師在各向度上之得分皆無顯著差異。 3.不同學校規模的教師在各向度的知覺程度上有顯著差異,12班以下的小型學校得分情形顯著大於大型學校的49∼72班。中型學校在願景與目標、道德實踐與管理原則三個向度的給分上也顯著大於49∼72班。
The study explores primary and junior high school teachers’ perception of principals’ educational sustainable leadership in Nantou. The method of study included analyzing relevant literature and using questionnaire survey. There are six dimensions of educational sustainable leadership: vision and goals, the policies of using resource, ethical practices, distributed leadership, management principles and leadership succession. The samples of this study were 215 primary and junior high school teachers in Nantou. The outcome is analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation and one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1.The teachers’ perception of principal's educational sustainable leadership showed a medium high level, and the scores on “The policies of using resource” was the highest; the score on “vision and goals” was the lowest. 2.The teachers’ perception of principal's educational sustainable leadership didn’t varied with gender, age, position, formal or informal teacher and educational background. 3.The teachers’ perception of principal's educational sustainable leadership varied with the scale of school. The score of the smallest school which has less than 12 classes is higher than the score of the biggest school on the six dimensions. The score of the middle school is higher than the score of the biggest school on “vision and goals”, “ethical practices”, and “management principles”.
