本研究旨在瞭解高科技產業培訓講師應具備之職能內涵和已具備之現況,以及不同背景變項之培訓講師已具備職能的差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查的方式,以自編之「台灣高科技產業培訓講師職能之調查問卷」為研究工具,採網路問卷與紙本問卷方式,研究對象為高科技產業培訓講師,共取樣173人,有效樣本回收率為62.67%。所得問卷以SPSS12.0軟體,進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析以及相依樣本t考驗等統計分析。 本研究之主要結論如下: 一、高科技產業培訓講師應具備「訓練主題的專業知識」、「訓練需求評估」、「訓練專案規劃」、「訓練實施」、「訓練評鑑」、「工作能力」、「基本特質」等七個職能構面,共47項職能。 二、本研究47項職能中有28項職能是從成人教育學與人力資源發展歸納出來,顯示成人教育學與人力資源發展理論對高科技產業培訓講師的重要性。 三、高科技產業培訓講師以「訓練主題的專業知識」構面較重要,前三名重要性程度較高與自評表現較好的職能均為「具備辦訓教學熱忱」、「具備表達與溝通的能力」以及「具備敬業精神」。 四、教學年資超過11年以及受過教學相關之教育研習或培訓活動之培訓講師其職能表現情形較為良好。 五、高科技產業培訓講師應強化本研究歸納出有明顯職能落差之42個職能項目,以及「能於訓練過程中使用適切的教學方法與策略」、「能引發並維持學習動機」、「能評估訓練為組織所帶來的效益」、「具備純熟的訓練實務經驗與技巧」等差距最大的職能。 最後根據研究結論,提出具體建議以供高科技產業培訓講師、高科技產業講師培訓單位、人力資源發展部門、以及未來研究者參考。
The purpose of this research was to explore the professional competencies that training instructors should possess and have possessed in Taiwan high-tech industries, as well as the differences of competencies among these qualified training instructors with various backgrounds. This study was conducted with the method of questionnaire survey. This study used self-designed questionnaire, entitled " The professional competencies of training instructors in Taiwan high-tech Industries " , to be the instrument of the research. There are two kinds of questionnaire. One is the paper questionnaire, the other one is network questionnaire. Participants were 173 from training instructors in the Taiwan high-tech Industries.The response rate reached 62.67 %. The data were processed by SPSS 12.0 with descriptive statistic analysis, independen-samples t-test, one-way MANOVA, and paired-samples t-test. The major results of this study are described as follows: 1. Training instructors in High-Tech industries should possess professional competencies in seven domains- "Topic Knowledge" , "Training Needs Assessment", "Training Project Planning", "Training Implementation", "Training Evaluation", "Working Capabilities", "Basic Traits", including 47 competencies. 2. 47 competencies found in this study, including 28 competencies were from perspectives of adult education and human resource development, it showed the importance of the adult education and human resource development to the professional competencies of training instructors in high-tech industries. 3. The highest degree of importance of professional competencies which training instructors should possess was the domain of "Topic Knowledge". The top there important competencies and self-assessment performance regarding the competencies were the same - "to possess teaching enthusiasm", "expression ability", "attitude toward occupation". 4. The competencies performance of the instructors with more than 11-year teaching experiences and those who have participated education before was better than others. 5. Training instructors in high-tech industries should strengthen 42 competencies of the study with the gap between the competencies that training instructors should possess and those that training instructors have possessed. Moreover, Training instructors should strengthen the wide gap between the Competency Index and the Competency Status as "to correctly use teaching methods and strategies in training process", "to initiate and maintain learning motives", "to assess the training effects for organizations", "to possess skillful training experiences and techniques". Finally, recommendations based on the findings and conclusions of the study were proposed for training instructors in high-tech industries, training unites, HRD department and future study.
