中華民國九十八年全國大專校院運動會選手參賽滿意度之研究─以跆拳道公開組選手為例

摘要

本研究以調查「中華民國98年全國大專院校運動會」跆拳道參賽選手對於賽會滿意度之觀感為研究目的，研究對象為參加中華民國98年全國大專院校運動會跆拳道公開組之參賽選手。研究針對不同性別，探討98年大運會跆拳道參賽選手對於賽會中「藝文與宣傳活動」、「運動設施」、「賽程編排與進行」、「選手榮耀表徵」、「人員服務」及「裁判判決」六個因素之滿意度差異。本研究以問卷調查的方法，共發出 230份問卷，回收168 份樣本，回收率為73.0％。回收問卷後利用信效度分析、因素分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗等統計方式，歸納出幾點結論：
一、 98年大運會跆拳道參賽選手整體滿意度為M=3.59，對於各構面滿意度以「人員服務」構面滿意度最高，「運動設施」構面滿意度最低。
二、 就「藝文與宣傳活動」、「運動設施」、「賽程編排與進行」、「選手榮耀 表徵」、「人員服務」構面，研究結果顯示不同性別間並無存在顯著差異。
三、 就「裁判判決」構面中，研究結果顯示不同性別存在顯著差異。
本研究建議為下列幾點：
一、 對大運會跆拳道項目主辦單位之建議：辦理藝文與宣傳活動須強化宣導及結合選手實際需求、賽程提早公佈。
二、 對後續研究者之建議：建議未來後續研究可輔以質性訪談，以及將籌備單位的行政人員、場館維護人員，或各隊的領隊、教練及管理人員等變項列為滿意度研究之範疇，或許能獲得更多、更深入的相關資訊。

The purpose of this study was to explore the level satisfaction of participants in the 2009 Intercollegiate Taekwondo tournament through surveys. Today, Tae Kwon Do is a vey popular domestic sport in Taiwan. This study was therefore aimed at Taekwondo athletes participating in the "Republic of China 2009 Annual National Intercollegiate Games". The athletes studied as examples, were varied by different genders. These athletes were questioned regarding the 2009 Intercollegiate Games in the areas of “cultural promotional activities,” “quality of athletic facilities,” “scheduling of matches,” “exhibition of sportsmanship,” “staff service,” and “referee bias.” These were the six factors and areas used in the satisfaction surveys.In this study, the survey method used was an issuing of a total of 230 questionnaires. Of the 230 questionnaires issued, 168 samples were recovered resulting in a recovery rate of 73.0%. After recovering the questionnaires, reliability and validity analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test of means, were used to summarize a few conclusions:
1. For the 2009 Intercollegiate Tae Kwon Do Tournament, the overall satisfaction from the participants in the general dimensions was M=3.59. Of all the dimensions of satisfaction inquired about, “staff service” received the highest satisfaction feedback and "quality of athletic facilities" received the lowest satisfaction ratings.
2. In the categories of "cultural and promotional activities", "sports facilities", "scheduling of matches," "exhibition of sportsmanship", and "staff services", the results indicated that between the two genders there was no significant display in differences of opinions.
3. Regarding the category of "referee bias", the results indicate a significant existence of differences in opinions between the genders.
Advice:
Early announcement of schedule plan, and gathering actual demand of contestant will support proceeding advertisement activities and artistry.
