應用AHP於高職教師專業發展評鑑之研究

摘要


評鑑是提升教師專業素養的最佳途徑之一,而教師專業發展評鑑亦係現今我國政府推動最主要的教育政策之一。然政策推動過程之中,時常遭遇實務上之困難,造成推動範圍未能普及,成效亦未見彰顯。因此,若能洞悉教師專業發展評鑑之實施現況,藉此研擬相關解決方案,將有助於政策順利推廣,提升我國教師之專業發展。本研究之目的在於藉由層級分析法建構教師專業發展評鑑之檢測指標,並以高職教師為研究對象進行調查,藉此得知高職教師其對評鑑困境之意見。本研究透過問卷調查,蒐集四十四份高職教師之問卷,經層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析後,歸納本研究結論如下: 壹、困境檢測指標可分三項構面(「評鑑之宣導溝通」、「評鑑之   實施推動」及「評鑑之結果應用」)與十五項指標。 貳、權重值最高之構面為「評鑑之宣導溝通」,權重值最高之指   標為「教師共識度」。 參、針對不同背景變項之高職教師對評鑑困境之意見,僅有「參   與評鑑經驗」之變項呈現顯著差異,其餘變項均未有顯著。 肆、本研究提出「凝聚教師之共識」、「提供學校之支持」、「訂定    明確之指標」及「擴大政策之宣導」等四項建議予政府及學   校相關單位作參考。

Evaluation is the best approach to promote profession of a teacher. Teacher Evaluation for Professional Dvelopment is also one of major policy of education in Taiwan. But it was often confronted by many predicaments through the process, and thus made limit and achieved little. So, if ones could understand the predicaments and draw up the solutions, it will profit teachers. This study was to develop the examination indicators by Analytic Hierarchy Process and to find the predicaments of vocational high school teachers out. This study was through questionnaires to collect forty-four teachers’ data, and analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process, t-test, and ANOVA, and the discovering of this study as followings: 1. The examination indicators were included three aspects (“communication and guidance of evaluation”, “practice and impetus of evaluation”, and ”outcome and application of evaluation”) and fifteen indicators. 2. The maximal weight value of aspect is “communication and guidance of evaluation”, and the maximal weight value of indicator is “common consensus of teachers”. 3. According to the background variables, there was significant about different “experience” teachers, and the others were not significant. 4. There were four suggestions which proposed to the government and school by this study, and they were “promoting the common”, “providing the supports”, “seting clear indicators”, and “strengthening the guidences”.
