配戴隱形眼鏡之國中生對隱形眼鏡配戴知識態度行為及其相關因素研究—以臺北市三所國中為例

摘要


本研究目的在了解配戴隱形眼鏡之國中生對隱形眼鏡配戴知識、態度、行為及其相關因素,以臺北市100學年度三所國中有配戴隱形眼鏡之學生為母群體,篩選出一年內有規律配戴隱形眼鏡一個月以上之學生為樣本,並以自編結構式問卷進行資料收集,共得有效樣本319份。本研究結果如下: 一、「視力問題」、「選購方式」、「定期檢查」與「隱形眼鏡配戴知識」有顯著差異;「年級」、「家庭社經地位」、「視力問題」、「選購方式」、「是否曾發生眼睛不適症狀」、「定期檢查」與「隱形眼鏡配戴態度」有顯著差異;而「性別」、「年級」、「家庭社經地位」、「每週可支配之零用錢」、「視力問題」、「選購方式」、「每日配戴隱形眼鏡時數」、「是否曾發生眼睛不適症狀」、「定期檢查」與「隱形眼鏡配戴行為」等有顯著關係。 二、「隱形眼鏡配戴知識」、「隱形眼鏡配戴態度」與「隱形眼鏡配戴行為」呈顯著正相關性;隱形眼鏡配戴知識越好、隱形眼鏡配戴態度越正向,所採取的隱形眼鏡配戴行為越佳。 三、研究對象之「背景變項」、「隱形眼鏡配戴知識」與「隱形眼鏡配戴態度」能有效預測「隱形眼鏡配戴行為」,而「每週可支配之零用錢」、「選購方式」、「是否曾發生眼睛不適症狀」、「定期檢查」及「隱形眼鏡配戴態度」為主要預測變項,其中以「隱形眼鏡配戴態度」最具影響力。

The purpose of this study was to understand knowledge, attitude, behavior and related factors regarding contact lens wearing among the junior high school students wearing contact lenses. The population is the students who wear contact lenses from three junior high schools in Taipei city in 2012, taking students who regularly wore contact lenses for at least one month within one year as a sample. A self structured questionnaire was used to collected data, a total of 319 valid samples were obtained. The major findings were as follows: 1.There are significant differences between knowledge on contact lenses wearing and background variables of "vision problems", "purchasing method" and "regular examinations". There are significant differences between attitudes on contact lenses wearing and background variables of "grade", "family socioeconomic status", "vision problems", "purchasing method ", "whether uncomfortable symptom of the eyes has happened ", and "regular examinations". There are significant differences between behaviors on contact lenses wearing and background variables of "gender", "grade", "family socioeconomic status", "pocket money that can be controlled every week", "vision problems", "purchasing method", "Hours of contact lenses wearing everyday", "whether uncomfortable symptom of the eyes has happened ", and " regular examinations ". 2.There are positive correlations between knowledge, attitudes and behaviors on contact lenses wearing. Students who have more knowledge and more positive attitudes on contact lenses wearing will show the better practices when wearing contact lenses. 3.The main predictive variables of "behaviors on contact lenses wearing" are "pocket money that can be controlled every week", "purchasing method", "whether uncomfortable symptom of the eyes has happened ", "regular examinations " and "attitude on contact lenses wearing". "Attitude on contact lenses wearing " is the most influential variables.
