本研究旨在建立國民中學教師工作調適指數以及針對此指數進行效度驗證。經文獻分析探討後,本研究選用「LOHAS生活型態量表」做為建立教師工作調適指數建立的研究工具,並以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,針對台灣本島大台北、北、中、南、東五區的國民中學公私立教師進行調查。所得資料以CART決策樹分析決定指數題目、以邏吉斯迴歸分析決定各題目選項的配分,並由此計算出每位教師的工作調適指數,指數分數越低代表工作調適狀況越佳,指數分數越高代表工作調適狀況越不佳。最後,以對照團體法以及效標驗證法進行工作調適指數的效度考驗,考驗結果如下:1、女性國中教師的工作調適狀況優於男性國中教師。2、抗壓指數越高的教師,其工作調適狀況亦較佳,兩者經統計考驗得顯著負相關,可見本研究所建立的工作調適指數具有效度3、不同職務別的教師其工作調適狀況不一,導師的工作調適狀況顯著優於組長。
The purpose of this research is to build an index that represents teachers’ work adaptations and examine the index’s validity. After reviewing the references collected, choosing “LOHAS for Adults” as a research instrument to build the work adaptation index for instructors. The study uses questionnaire surveys to collect data from teachers in junior high schools in Taiwan Island-those five areas including Greater Taipei Area, north, central, south, and east. The data is analyzed with CART decision tree to conduct the questions that built the index, and with Logistic regression to count every answer’s weight. Eventually, the teachers’ work adaptations index is built. Therefore, the higher the scores is, the worse the work adaptation ability is, and so forth. At the end of the study, compared groups and criteria-related are used to test the index’s validity. The results are as follows: 1.Of two genders, female has better work adaptation index than male. 2. The index for ability against stress is inversely correlated to work adaptation index-that is, an instructor who performs better in a stressful environment would achieve on the lower side of work adaptation index. 3. The teachers who be the tutor have better work adaptation than the teachers who be the section chief. To sum up, the index that the study built has its validity.
