本研究主要目的在了解青少年的休閒特質及探討青少年在休閒時間中的網路使用行為與網路成癮之關係,比較使用者背景變項間的差異。 研究對象以全國國中、高中(職)在學學生為母群體,採隨機叢集抽樣法,抽出2,000位學生為樣本,回收問卷1,913份,有效回收率96﹪,施以問卷調查法;問卷包括三部份「中文網路成癮量表」、「網路使用行為量表」與「休閒特質量表」,並採統計方法中的描述性統計、卡方檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析進行資料的統計分析。 研究結果之主要發現如下: 一、青少年休閒特質有所改變,網路使用成為主要休閒活動之一。 二、性別、國高中別、居住區域、家庭社經背景及休閒特質與青少年的網路使用行為有顯著的差異。 三、性別、國高中別、居住區域、家庭社經背景及休閒特質與網路成癮有顯著的差異。 四、經常使用網路的青少年較容易有網路成癮的症狀產生。 本研究的建議為學校及教育體系應協助青少年建立社會支持網絡,鼓勵青少年發展其他休閒活動,避免網路沉迷現象發生,事前預防工作更顯重要。網路使用行為與網路成癮牽涉生理與心理,屬於多層次的概念,對於後續研究,可與家長配合並做質性的深度訪談,並且增加更多心理變項的因素加以探討;網路成癮的測量,目前尚無網路成癮症狀性診斷的量表,需要更多學者及相關單位投入研究,發展國內的參考數據,作更深入探討。
The purpose of this paper was to discuss the characteristics of adolescence leisure, as well as to discover the relation between the using-Internet behavior and Internet addiction during the leisure time to compare the difference among the variable items of the user. The subjects of this research were selected from the students at junior high schools, senior high schools, and vocational high schools in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the researcher applied survey to collect data.2,000 students were selected by Randomly Cluster Sampling. After investigation, 1,913 effective questionnaires were received. The receiving rate was 96%. There were three parts of the questionnaire, Chinese Internet addiction scale, the using-Internet behavior scale, and the leisure characteristics scale. The researcher also used Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Chi-Square Test, T-test, and One-way ANOVA to analyze the data.The research results were found as following: 1. Adolescences had changed their leisure characteristics. Using Internet was one of the major leisure activities. 2. There were significant differences on the using-Internet behavior of adolescences, because of their gender, educational level, living area, family social-economic background, and leisure characteristics. 3. There were significant differences on the Internet addiction of adolescences, because of their gender, educational level, living area, family social-economic background, and leisure characteristics. 4. Adolescences that usually used Internet easily had Internet addiction. The suggestion of this paper was that the school and the educational system should assist adolescences to build up the network of social support and encourage them to be engaged in the other leisure activities to prevent from Internet addiction. In addition, the previous prevention was also very important. The using-Internet behavior and Internet addiction were related with physical and psychological problem, so they belonged to the multi-level concept. Consequently, it was worthy to study via cooperating with adolescence’s parent and deep interview in quality, besides, to increase more factors of psychological variable for exploring in the further research. On the other hand, there was no diagnosed scale for Internet addiction now. Therefore, it was necessary that the more researchers and relevant institutes should involve such studies, so that much more data will be produced in Taiwan for deeply probing.
