台灣北區國中身心障礙資源班學生性知識、性態度及性安全行為之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解目前台灣北部地區國中資源班學生對性知識、性態度與性安全行為的情形,探究學生在不同背景變項下,其對性知識、性態度與性安全行為之差異情形,以及國中身心障礙資源班學生對性知識、性態度與性安全行為之間的相關分析。 本研究以台灣北部地區國中資源班學生為研究對象,以研究者自編之「國中身心障礙資源班學生對性知識、性態度與性安全行為調查問卷」為研究工具,問卷包括四個向度。所得資料以次數分配、平均數、標準差、百分比、t考驗、單因子變異數、事後比較法等統計方法加以處理。 本研究所得結論如下:首先在學生的性知識、性態度與性安全行為之現況方面發現:性知識程度偏低、性態度偏向積極而正向、以及在性安全行為上騷擾的頻率頗低;其次在學生的性知識、性態度與性安全行為之差異方面發現:其在性知識、性態度、性安全行為之總層面及各分量表上不因個人背景變項之不同,均未達顯著差異水準;在學生的性知識、性態度與性安全行為之相關方面結果發現:國中資源班學生的性知識和性態度之間有顯著正相關;其性知識和性態度呈顯著正相關,亦即資源班學生的性知識愈高,其性態度也就愈積極正向;其次在整體性知識與整體性安全行為,達顯著正相關,各分量表上亦都達顯著正相關,顯示其性知識程度愈高,則性安全行為愈積極正向;然而在整體性態度與整體性安全行為之間,未達顯著相關,其各分量表上僅口語上性騷擾,達顯著正相關,顯示國中資源班學生的性態度同意度愈高,則其性安全行為愈積極正向。最後提出一些對未來研究及相關單位的建議。 關鍵字:性教育、智能障礙、資源班、性知識、性態度、性安全行為

The purpose of the study is to explore sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes and sexual harassment behavior of current non-classified resource room students in junior high in northern Taiwan. Moreover, this study also concerns the variance of student backgrounds likely to have impact or not in sexual knowledge, attitudes and behavior. This study is a survey research. The students who study in northern Taiwan resource rooms were sampled in this study. The measurement applied in this study was based on to the questionnaire designed by the researcher. The obtained data was analyzed by the use of frequency-distribution, percentile, standard deviation, mean, t-test and one-way ANOVA. And the main results are as follows: First, it was found that knowledge base of participants is fairly low, whereas their sexual attitudes are more positive. Moreover, the frequency of their sexual harassment behavior is few. Second, the difference between sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes and sexual harassment behavior among current non-classified resource room students in northern Taiwan junior high schools have no significant differences based on personal background variables. In addition, their sexual knowledge and the sexual harassment behavior are positively correlated. In other words, the more sexual knowledge those students have, the more positively related in their sexual harassment behavior. But, their sexual attitudes and sexual behaviors are not significantly correlated. Of the subtests, only the oral sexual harassment is positively correlated. This shows that the more agreements in their sexual attitudes, the more positive in their sexual harassment behavior. The last chapter addresses some suggestions for the future research and related institutions.
