「藝術與人文」領域國小音樂教師專業知能與統整概念之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討「藝術與人文」領域國小音樂教師所應具備的專業知能,以及統整教學概念與應用的現況。藉由文獻資料的蒐集,問卷與訪談的調查實施,透過資料的整理與調查分析,提出結論與建議,以作為教師增能、教學評鑑與提昇教師專業能力之參考。 本研究採調查研究法,利用研究者自編之「藝術與人文領域國小音樂教師專業知能與統整概念」之教師意見調查表為研究工具,運用「分層隨機取樣法」,選取台北市共29所學校之116名音樂教師作為研究對象,回收有效樣本為84份。並從問卷回收中願意接受調查之音樂教師,以及任教於大專院校藝術類系所,有教學實務之專家學者進行深入訪談。 本研究獲得具體發現與結論如下: 一、「藝術與人文」領域音樂教師的專業知能方面:「藝術與人文」領域國小音樂教師的專業知能應具備「教育專業知能」、「音樂專業知能」與「音樂教育專業知能」三大類別共四十一項知能,且應重視專業知能的在職進修,並提出專題研究報告,以增進教師的專業知能與教學成果。為了因應「藝術與人文」領域的專業師資,師資培育機構應重視相關領域課程的規劃,而教育部應建立教師認證分級制度來提昇教師專業知能與健全多元進修管道。 二、「藝術與人文」領域教學統整概念方面:教師應以學生的生活經驗結合藝術與人文的精神,以落實「統整」教學的理念,才能整合多元的知能,培養學生藝術的基本素養。另外,教師應加強表演藝術的知能進修,以彌補現階段表演藝術師資不足之現象,學校亦應重視設備的標準化、科技化,以增進教學效能,達成領域統整教學目標。 根據研究結果,研究者對教育行政機關、師資培育機構、「藝術與人文」領域國小音樂教師與未來研究者提出若干建議,以作為政策、教學與研究之參考。

The purpose of the study is to investigate professional knowledge for elementary school music teachers in Arts and Humanilites. Literature collections, questionnaire and interview surveys were used as the research methods. Through arranging reference and processing data, the study can be consultation for further music teachers and education. The research method utilized in the research was the survey method. The research instrument was a self-designed questionnaire. The subject of the research included 116 music teachers sampling from 29 elementary schools in Taipei. 84 questionnaires were mailed back to the researcher. The interview was conducted with music teachers from valid questionnaire answerers, and experts . Findings and conclusions of this study are as following: 1. Professional knowledge for music teachers in Arts and Humanilites:Professional knowledge for elementary school music teachers in Arts and Humanilites must include three categories and forty-one competencies. Music teachers must emphasis on in-service teacher training and make a report on a special topic to enhance professional knowledge and education. The teacher-training organization should care about schemes of related ares, and the educational administrative departments should establish related licensing system to build multiple channels of further education. 2. Teaching and integrated concepts in Arts and Humanilites:To provide multiple intelligence and construct students’ aesthetic understanding and appreciations, teacher must combine students’experience of life with teaching. To solve the shortage of performance teacher, teachers must pay much attention to further education about performance arts. To establish a standard of technical equipment will be helpful to achieve objectives of integrated teaching. Based on the research results, suggestions for education administration, teacher-training organization, elementary school music teachers in Arts and Humanities and future researchers are offered, as well as suggestions for education policy.
