我國運動經紀人角色功能之研究

摘要

運動經紀人可謂為運動生產與消費間之樞紐，其對運動市場的活絡、運動商業價值的發展，均有著不可低估之效用。運動經紀人實為運動產業蓬勃發展之國家所需面臨的重要課題之一，我國雖尚未明確制定運動經紀人之相關法規，然而運動經紀人此一重要角色已隨我國運動產業發展應運而生。
本研究探討運動經紀人相關文獻及各國運動經紀人現況，並以修正式德爾菲研究法針對我國相關領域之產官學專家進行調查，在彙整理論、實際與專家意見後，獲得通盤與一致性的結果。
本研究發現，我國產官學專家對運動經紀人角色功能之認定，與相關文獻及各國運動經紀人現況相互印證。「諮詢」、「財務管理及規劃」、「行銷」、「爭端解決」、「生涯規劃」方面的角色功能，被共同認定為運動經紀人的角色功能群組，顯示我國對運動經紀人角色功能的概念，已與全球運動產業發展之趨勢相互符合。
希望透過本研究，我國運動產業界能更清楚運動經紀人的角色功能，讓運動經紀人在運動產業界中發揮最大的效用，替運動員和運動產業扮演最稱職的仲介角色，也期待這樣的研究能對我國未來規劃運動經紀人制度有所啟發。

Sports agent plays the key role of sports production and consumption. Sports agent carries substantial function in exploring the potential and prosperity of sports, standardize the sports market, and develop the commercial value of sports. In a lot of countries, sports agent is an inevitable key issue to sports industry. Although there are no related regulations of sports agent, has grown to meet the demand of the sports industry in Taiwan. Based on the literature review and current status in other counties, this study is intend to identify the role functions of sports agents in Taiwan by Modified Delphi Method. There are five main functions of sports agent in Taiwan approved by the professionals: Counseling, Financial Management and Planning, Marketing, Dispute Resolution, and Career Planning.
