資訊圖表運用於環境視覺設計創作研究-以台北植物園為例

Environmental Graphic Design Based on Infographics Model-A Case Study of Taipei Botanical Garden

摘要


環境視覺的設計,成為人與環境互動的重要溝通橋樑,不僅具有指示、引導人們快速了解此環境的價值,陳列在各處的解說牌,更可視為解說與學習的一種資訊載體,讓觀者可以接觸、理解想得到的訊息。運用「資訊圖表」將環境視覺資訊以視覺化方式重整呈現,使被忽略的解說牌,能夠讓觀者注意,也能更有效快速理解。本研究針對台北植物園之環境視覺設計,文獻蒐集解說與指示牌,將其分析歸納類別為說明型解說牌、指示型解說牌,並將研究分成兩階段,第一階段觀察遊客在植物園觀看解說牌之情形,再透過「問卷調查法」了解民眾對於解說牌之偏好,結果發現台北植物園解說牌為「照片呈現」為主,而民眾認為「解說牌應該有植物整體的照片或圖片」最重要,其次為「植物是否含有毒性」,第三為「植物的名稱與學名」。第二階段根據第一階段之需求「設計原型體驗」,分析其使用者體驗結果可得知,資訊圖表運用於環境視覺設計之呈現方式分項為1.資訊圖表運用於解說牌版型:直式為一支獨秀型合適,橫式為網格拼版型;2.色彩:明度或彩度需呈現對比配色能使閱讀更清楚;3.圖形:手繪寫實型為主;向量式插圖為輔得宜;4.視覺動線:順時針為主;5.文字:電腦打字字體為佳;6.資訊內容:需圖文並俱,綜合以上要點可使觀者更有效了解園區資訊。研究者於第五章時運用以上歸納設計方式進行設計創作,大版說明型解說牌共五件、小版說明型解說牌共五件、指示型解說牌共三件創作。透過本研究創作可得知,在資訊圖表運用於環境視覺設計上,運用寫實手繪畫風可以使之更具備美感亦能真實呈現植物正確樣貌,次級資訊則能使用象形圖較簡化的方式呈現,並且資訊圖表可運用一支獨秀、網格拼版型編排方式呈現,能妥善增加環境視覺資訊注意率、易讀性,在臺灣未來推廣學習性園區時,能當作資訊圖表運用於環境視覺的設計參考。

The visual design of the environment has become an important communication bridge between people and the environment. It not only has the value of instructing and guiding people to quickly understand the environment. The explanation boards displayed everywhere can also be regarded as an information carrier for explanation and learning, allowing the viewers Can contact and understand the information you want. When the viewer is receiving brand-new information, the time for each piece of information to be interpreted is extremely short. Use the "infographic" to visualize the visual information of the environment, so that the neglected commentary card can be noticed by the viewer. It can also be understood more effectively and quickly. The researcher hopes to analyze the value of information charts applied to environmental vision so that the general public can learn and understand the information of the new environment. This research focuses on the visual design of the environment of the Taipei Botanical Garden, collects explanations and signs in the literature, analyzes and summarizes the types of explanation signs, and divides the research into two stages. The first stage is to observe the situation of tourists watching the explanation signs in the botanical garden, and then through the "questionnaire survey" understands the public's preference for commentary cards, and found that the existing botanical garden commentary cards are mainly "presented by a single photo", and the public believes that "the commentary card should have photos or pictures of the whole plant" is the most important. In the second part, a survey was conducted based on the requirements of the first stage to design a prototype, analyze the results and use more structured infographics to explain, so that the viewer can understand the park information more effectively. This result can be used for future environmental visual design, instruction and explanation boards, The domain reference for learning illustrations. Through the regional botanical garden, the public can easily understand the local plant types in the environmental visual design, hoping to increase the attention rate and legibility of the environmental visual information, and through the explanation board combined with the infographics, the garden visitors can be more simple, clear, and clear understanding of the information on the board, eight kinds of park board design will be selected, which can be used as a reference for the design of environmental vision when promoting learning parks in Taiwan in the future.
