桃竹地區國民中學音樂教師教科圖書使用情形與免費借用政策看法之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃竹地區國民中學音樂教師教科圖書的使用情形,與對免費借用政策的看法,進一步分析不同教學與借用等背景變項的桃竹地區國中音樂教師,在教科圖書使用情形與免費借用政策看法的差異情形。   本研究採用「調查研究法」,以桃竹地區國民中學音樂教師為研究樣本,以研究者自編「桃竹地區國民中學音樂教師教科圖書使用情形與免費借用政策看法之調查問卷」作為研究工具。透過方便取樣的方式進行調查,發出84份正式問卷,共回收80份問卷,問卷回收率達95%,有效問卷為76份,回收率達90%。   本研究之主要發現如下: 一、桃竹地區的國中音樂教師最常使用課本中的欣賞曲、歌曲與直笛  曲。該些教師的任教學校區域、任教學校規模、任教年資與課本  借用會影響此部分的看法。 二、桃竹地區的國中音樂教師較少使用其他教學輔助資源,其中最常  參考教師手冊所提供的內容來訂定單元目標及安排教學內容。該  些教師的任教學校區域與任教年資會影響此部分的看法。 三、桃竹地區的國中音樂教師皆認同教科圖書免費借用政策的實施要  點。該些教師的背景變項並不會影響此部分的看法。 四、桃竹地區的國中音樂教師皆認同教科圖書免費借用政策的實施策  略。該些教師的任教學校區域與任教學校規模會影響此部分的看  法。        最後,根據研究結果,對音樂教師、學校行政及未來研究提出建議,以做為參考之用。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of textbook of the junior high school music teachers in Taoyuan and Hsinchu counties, and their viewpoints of free-loan textbook policy. In addition, this study aimed to explore the influence of background variables, including different teaching and free-loan policy to their implementation.   The survey method was utilized in this study. The samples were the junior high school music teachers in Taoyuan and Hsinchu Counties. The instrument used was the self-edited “Questionnaire for the Application of Textbook and Viewpoints of Free-loan Textbook Policy of Junior High School Music Teachers in Taoyuan and Hsinchu Counties.” In accordance with the convenience sampling, 84 questionnaires were sent out and 80 copies were returned. The recovered rate was 95%. There were 76 effective questionnaires, and the recovered rate was 90%.   The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The teachers often used the music pieces of listening, singing and recorder playing in the textbook. The background variables, such as school region, the school size, the teaching seniority, and the free-loan policy would affect the music teachers’viewpoints. 2. The teachers seldom used other teaching resources. They only referred to the contents of the teacher’s manual to set the unit objectives and arrange the teaching content. The background variables, such as school region and the teaching seniority would affect the music teachers’ viewpoints. 3. The teachers all agreed the points of the implementation of the free-loan textbook policy. The music teachers’ background variables had no influence on those implementing viewpoints. 4. The teachers all agreed the strategies of the implementation of the free-loan textbook policy. The background variables, such as school region and the school size would affect the music teachers’ viewpoints.   Finally, based on the research findings above, the researcher proposed relevant suggestions to music teachers, the school administration, and future studies.
