落實「以幼兒為主體」理念於幼兒園扮演區實施歷程之行動研究

摘要


本研究採用行動研究法,探討教保服務人員如何在幼兒園學習環境的扮演區落實「以幼兒為主體」理念,來改善研究者教學現場中扮演區的困境。 以研究者任教的幼兒園-連江縣太陽國中小附設幼兒園之3~6歲的23位混齡班幼兒為研究對象,於正式行動研究前,先進行美髮院扮演遊戲約1個月的試探性研究,研究者覺察提供「以幼兒為主體」、貼近幼兒生活經驗的素材之重要性,並進行為期3個月的扮演區調整改善之行動研究。透過攝影、錄音、拍照訪談幼兒、教師觀察札記與省思等方式收集資料並作分析,本研究的發現如下: 一、 提供可愛班幼兒海島型生活經驗的素材,便看見幼兒的創意想像世界。 二、塑造扮演情境的氛圍,以提供幼兒收拾玩具的線索。 三、研究者體悟持續地觀察與省思,才能真正落實「以幼兒為主體」 理念。 四、研究者透過有彈性地使用《幼兒園教保活動課程大綱》的學習 指標來引導幼兒扮演遊戲,能更符合「以幼兒為主體」理念

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the preschool teacher applied “Children as Subjects” spirit and perspective in guiding children on dramatic area. Based on indicators in Early Childhood Education & Care Curriculum Framework (ECECCF), the present study tried to solve the problems that children always throw toys on the ground, and therefore they cannt classify toys in the time of packing, and often stay in the “fried toys hodgepodge” encountered by the class. Participants of this study were 23 children, aged from 3 to 6 years old in a mixed-age class. Before formal action research, the present study went through preliminary examination of pretend play, named “hairdressing salon” for about one month. This preliminary examination let researcher notice the importance of supplying materials in children’s actual living situations and experiences. The three month-long action research of dramatic area adjustment and improvement was applied to the class. Data was collected primarily by means of photograph, recording, interview of children. Four main results can be summarized as follow: (a) through providing materials that are close to children’s actual living situations and experiences, the present study saw the creative imagination world of young children (b) the environment of dramatic area provided clues for children to pack toys (c) teachers can implement “Children as Subjects” by continuous observation and reflection (d) based on indicators in ECECCF, teachers can accord with “Children as Subjects” belief when guiding children in pretend play.
