臺灣體育學系大學生生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙與生涯發展之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺灣體育系大學生生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙與生涯發展之相關程度。以臺灣15間體育系大專院校,107學年度就讀大學四年級之體育系大學生為研究對象,於2018年4月8日至4月30日發放紙本問卷,共收回526份有效問卷,以瞭解體育系大學生在生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙與生涯發展之現況,並以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關、線性迴歸進行分析,研究如下: 一、臺灣體育系大學生在探索生涯相關資訊方面較為積極,在問題解決能力上最具自信心,所知覺最多的生涯阻礙為猶豫行動。 二、生涯發展與生涯自我效能會受性別而有所不同。在年齡、就讀學校屬性、是否有修習教程、入學方式亦會影響生涯其阻礙。 三、臺灣體育系大學生生涯發展越好,則生涯自我效能之信心程度也可能會較高,具有正相關;而若生涯阻礙越高,將可能降低生涯自我效能與生涯發展,彼此具負相關。 四、臺灣體育系大學生生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙對生涯發展具有預測力,以自我瞭解評估、未來擬定計劃與方向選擇對生涯定向最具預測力。 基此,建議相關單位,在體育系大學生在學期間,教導學生如何擬定生涯計劃,提升其自信心面對未來生涯課題,並降低其生涯阻礙,將有助未來生涯發展。

This study aims to explore the degrees of correlation between the career self-efficacy, career barriers, and career development of college students of physical education departments in Taiwan. Taking as subjects of this survey physical education (PE) students of PE departments, studying in their senior year at fifteen universities and colleges in Taiwan in the academic year of 2018, this study began by sending paper-based questionnaires to them from April 8 to April 30, 2018. A total of 526 valid questionnaires have been collected for the purpose of understanding the current state of career self-efficacy, career barriers, and career development of PE students. Descriptive statistics, single-factor variance analysis, Pearson correlation, and linear regression have been used for analyzing the data. The findings of the research are as follows: 1. In exploring career-related information, college students of PE departments in Taiwan are relatively active, most self-confident in problem-solving ability, and aware of the most career barriers of hesitant action. 2. Career development and career self-efficacy vary from gender to gender. The age of their college attendance, the attributes of schools they attend, the factor of whether they have taken teaching programs, and the manner of their admissions will also affect their career barriers. 3. The better the career development of college students of PE departments in Taiwan, the higher the degree of their confidence in self-efficacy, with a direct correlation; and if there are higher career barriers, they may lower career self-efficacy and career development, with an inverse correlation between each other. 4. The career self-efficacy and career barriers of PE students in Taiwan have predictive powers regarding their career development, with the methods of assessment based on self-understanding, framing plans and selecting directions for the future possessing the most predictive powers regarding career orientation. On the basis of these findings, It is suggested that relevant institutions and agencies teach PE students how to frame career plans while they are still at college or university, how to enhance their self-confidence in facing the issues of their future career, and how to lower their career barriers, thus offering help for their career development in the future.
