北科附工參加2019年全國中等學校運動會跆拳道品勢男子團體項目競賽實務報告

摘要


全國中等學校運動會是國高中運動選手年度最盛大,也是影響未來升學的重要賽事。國立臺北科技大學附屬桃園農工高級中等學校(以下簡稱北科附工),於民國93年設立體育班跆拳道以來,發展跆拳道運動成績優異,從早期發展對練項目,到推廣品勢運動項目,共培育出23位傑出跆拳道選手當選國家代表隊為國爭光,且經常在全國中等學校運動會獲得男、女單人或團體組冠軍,是各縣市中等學校想要超越的對象,在跆拳道訓練方式與內容必然有其值得學習之處。本競賽實務報告主要探討108年高雄市所舉辦全國中等學校運動會,跆拳道品勢男子團體項目為例,以實務報告方式深入探討北科附工品勢隊,從校內選拔到全中運參賽過程進行探討包括選拔經過、組訓概況、訓練計畫、週期處方。從教練在教導選手的角度以及選手自省的觀點,記錄選手特質、訓練內容、比賽過程,分析北科附工跆拳道隊訓練時的優缺點,結論得知在集訓期間從賽前擬定訓練計畫,提升選手適應性;安排模擬賽來增加選手氣勢和自信;進行臨場指導,發揮最佳表現;及賽後檢討為後續表現持續增進。而未來必須注意的修正方向包含取得比賽紀錄資料,建立持續而完整的科學訓練紀錄;及建立運動傷害處理機制,本研究從教練角度,提供訓練時所教導與琢磨的重點,作為後續研究和訓練時的參考與改善依據。

The National High School Games (NHSG) is the biggest annual event for senior and junior high school athletes, and it is also an important event that affects future studies. This study takes the Taekwondo Poomsae Men’s Team event of NHSG held in Kaohsiung City in 2019 as an example to discuss the process of the Affiliated Tao-Yuan Agricultural & Industrial Senior High School of National Taipei University of Technology (ATAISHS) team from NHSG selection to the competition, including selection process, group training overview, and training prescription. From the coach’s perspective and the players’ introspection, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the ATAISHS Taekwondo Team during training. Conclusion, during the training, training plan was drawn up before the game to improve the adaptability of the players; to increase the player's momentum and confidence by simulation games; on-site guidance to make sure the best performance; and the post-match review will continue to improve the performance. The correction directions in the future include obtaining game record data, establishing continuous and complete scientific training records; and establishing a sports injury handling mechanism. From the coach’s perspective, this study provides the key points of training and consideration as follow-up research and training.
