防疫期間線上教學國中教師工作壓力與教學效能關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討新冠肺炎線上教學期間,新北市綠樹國中教師工作壓力與教學效能關係之研究,並且分析不同背景變項之教師在工作壓力與教學效能之關係。 本研究利用問卷調查法,進行普通調查,對新北市綠樹國中教師工作壓力與教學效能的現況進行調查研究。研究工具為「新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學國中教師工作壓力與教學效能調查問卷」,共發出155份問卷,回收有效問卷129份,有效問卷回收率達 83.2%。問卷所得資料以SPSS 23.0版統計套裝軟體進行項目分析、因素分析、描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與迴歸分析等統計方法處理,加以分析討論,歸納出以下結論: 一、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師工作壓力之現況 屬於中上程度。 二、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師教學效能之現況 屬於中上程度。 三、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師工作壓力之現 況,在不同職務背景變項上有顯著差異。 四、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師工作壓力之現 況,在不同性別、不同服務年資、不同年齡、不同教育程度、不同任教年級、不同任教科目、不同授課方式等背景變項上無顯著差異。 五、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師之教學效能現 況,在不同性別、不同職務、不同任教科目等背景變項上有顯著差異。 六、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師教學效能之現 況,在不同年齡、不同服務年資、不同教育程度、不同任教年級、不同授課方式等五個背景變項上無顯著差異。 七、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師工作壓力與教學 效能呈現正相關。 八、新冠肺炎防疫期間線上教學,新北市綠樹國民中學教師工作壓力中的 「工作負荷壓力」與「學生行為壓力」構面對「教師教學效能」的預測力最高。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between work stress and teaching effectiveness of teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City during the online teaching period of COVID-19, and to analyze the correlation between work stress and teaching effectiveness of teachers with different background variables. This research uses the questionnaire survey method and conducts a general survey to investigate the current situation of teachers' work pressure and teaching effectiveness in green trees junior high school in New Taipei City. The research tool is "Questionnaire on Work Stress and Teaching Effectiveness of Secondary School Teachers in Online Teaching During the Epidemic Prevention Period". A total of 155 questionnaires were issued, 129 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the recovery rate of valid questionnaires reached 83.2%. The data obtained from the questionnaire were processed by statistical methods such as item analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, variance analysis, Pearson product-difference correlation and regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 statistical package software. After analysis and discussion, the following conclusions were drawn: 1.Online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period, the current situation of work pressure of teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City Belongs to the middle level. 2.Online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period, the current situation of teachers' teaching effectiveness at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City is moderate. 3.Online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period, the current situation of work pressure for teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City.However, there are significant differences in the variables of different job backgrounds. 4.Online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period, the work pressure of teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City.There is no significant difference in background variables such as different genders, different years of service, different ages, different education levels, different teaching grades, and different teaching subjects. 5.Online teaching during the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention, the teaching effectiveness of teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City is now.There are significant differences in background variables such as different genders, different positions, and different teaching subjects. 6.Online teaching during the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention period, the current teaching effectiveness of teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City.There is no significant difference in the five background variables of different age, different years of service, different education levels, different teaching grades, and different teaching methods. 7.Online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period, work pressure and teaching of teachers at green trees junior high school in New Taipei City efficacy is positively correlated. 8.During the online teaching period during the epidemic prevention period of the new crown pneumonia, teachers of green trees junior high school in New Taipei City are under work pressure.The components of "workload stress" and "student behavioral stress" have the highest predictive power for "teacher teaching effectiveness".
