國小教師工作壓力、壓力因應方式與職業倦怠關係之研究

The Relationships among Job Stress, Coping Strategies and Occupational Burnout-A Case Study of the Elementary Teachers

摘要


本研究的目的在於瞭解國小教師的工作壓力、壓力因應方式與職業倦怠感受的現況,透過問卷調查的研究分析,以探討不同背景變項的國小老師的工作壓力、壓力因應方式、與職業倦怠之間的差異情形及其關聯性。以彰化縣的國小教師爲研究對象,回收有效問卷754份。問卷分析以SPSS12.0套裝軟體爲研究工具,並以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾遜積差相關及逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析,研究結果發現:國小教師工作壓力來源,主要來自「工作負荷壓力」與「時間支配壓力」。國小教師因背景變項的不同在工作壓力、壓力因應方式、職業倦怠三個變項或其子構面上存在顯著差異。工作壓力與職業倦怠呈顯著正相關,壓力因應方式則與職業倦怠呈顯著負相關。級任教師的工作壓力大,職業倦怠感受也高。國小教師工作壓力、壓力因應方式對職業倦怠具有顯著預測力。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the job stress, coping strategies and occupational burnout of elementary teachers. Through the questionnaire survey, data were analyzed to test the significant differences and correlations among different backgrounds elementary teachers job stress, coping strategies and occupational burnout. Finally, according to the findings, some suggestions were given. The subjects in this study included the elementary teachers in Changhua County. While 1000 questionnaires were given, 754 valid samples were returned. There were personal information, the job stress scale, the coping strategies scale and the occupational burnout scale in the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression with SPSS 12.0. The results of the research are (1) The main sources of elementary teachers job stress were from working load and time managing. (2) Different background variables make job stress; coping strategies and occupational burnout of the elementary teachers vary greatly in some aspects. (3) A significant positive correlation exists between job stress and occupational burnout; a significant negative correlation exists between coping strategies and occupational burnout. (4) Tutor's job stress was great and occupational burnout was high, too. (5) The predict about the job stress, coping strategies to occupational burnout of the elementary teachers is significant.
