課綜所稅後國中教師工作滿意度和生活滿意度之關係探討-以南桃園市為例

A Study of Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction after Taxation for Junior High School teachers in South of Taoyuan City

摘要

本研究目的旨在探討課綜所稅後南桃園市國中教師的工作滿意度與生活滿意度之關係，以問卷調查法來收集所需資料，研究對象以任教於南桃園市公立國民中學之教師為主要對象，並以分層隨機抽樣方法取南桃園六區學校，共計發放問卷350份，回收並剔除無效問卷後計292份，有效回收率為93﹪。資料處理採描述分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析等統計分析方法。
本研究結果發現如下：
一、課綜所稅後南桃園市國中教師在工作滿意度的整體感受屬中上程度。
二、課綜所稅後南桃園市國中教師在生活滿意度的整體感受屬中上程度。
三、課綜所稅後南桃園市國中教師認為「課稅配套措施」實施成效未能達到減輕教師工作量、提升教師專業能力與提升教學品質的目的。
四、課綜所稅後南桃園市國中教師的工作滿意度因「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」、「教學年資」、「撫養人口數」、「學校規模」之不同而有顯著差異。
五、課綜所稅後南桃園市國中教師的生活滿意度因「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」、「教學年資」、「撫養人口數」、「學校規模」、「學校所在地區」、「個人月收入」、「家庭月收入」之不同而有顯著差異。

This study was designed to investigate the job satisfaction and life satisfaction after South Taoyuan City junior high school teachers to pay income tax. Samples were selected from official Teachers at junior high school in South Taoyuan City. There were 350 questionnaires distributed, with 314 being recovered, out of which number 292 questionnaires were valid. The valid recovery rate was 93%. The data were analyzed using the SPSS vesion 22.0 for Windows. The following statistics methods where employed in this investigation: t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study where summarized as follows：
1. The job satisfaction for the junior high school teachers in South Taoyuan City is middle above in scale.
2. The life satisfaction for the junior high school teachers in South Taoyuan City is middle above in scale.
3. In South Taoyuan City Junior High School teachers think that "taxation supporting measures" to implement performance failed to meet lighten the workload of teachers, improve teachers' professional capacity and enhance the quality of teaching purposes.
4. Southern Taoyuan City junior high school teachers' job satisfaction and "marital status", "age", "seniority", "dependent population", "school size", there are significant differences after taxation.
5. After taxation south Taoyuan City junior high school teachers in life satisfaction and "marital status", "age", "years of teaching", "dependent population", "school size", "school", "personal income", "Family income" there are significant differences.
