為了提升軍隊人員工作滿意度,本研究從空軍飛機維修員角度探討空軍人員家長式領導、人格特質與工作滿意度之關係。本研究以文獻探討法與問卷調查法進行探討,針對空軍飛機維修人員以便利抽樣方式進行研究,問卷共發放450份,扣除無效問卷,共回收415份有效問卷,再以SPSS統計軟體進行敘述性統計、信度分析、效度分析、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等。 實證結論如下:1.家長式領導與人格特質呈現顯著相關中度正相關。2.家長式領導與工作滿意度呈現顯著相關中度正相關。3.人格特質與工作滿意度呈現顯著相關中度正相關。4、家長式領導與人格特質對工作滿意度有顯著正向影響。5、對家長式領導、人格特質與工作滿意度的認知不會因為人口統計變數(性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、年資及階級)的不同而有差異。 關鍵字:家長式領導、人格特質、工作滿意度
To enhance job satisfaction among the military staff, this study aimed to examine the relationship among patriarchal leadership, personality traits, and job satisfaction in light of aircraft maintenance technicians. Literature review and questionnaire survey were adopted in this study, where convenient sampling was used among aircraft maintenance technicians. A total of 415 valid questionnaires (out of 450) were collected. Data analysis included descriptive analysis, reliability and validity, t-Test, One-way ANOVA, correlation, and regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Patriarchal leadership and personality traits were significantly positively correlated at an intermediate level. 2. Patriarchal leadership and job satisfaction were significantly positively correlated at an intermediate level. 3. Personality traits and job satisfaction were significantly positively correlated at an intermediate level. 4. Patriarchal leadership and personality traits positively affected job satisfaction at a significant level. 5. Demographic variables (i.e., gender, age, marital status, educational background, seniority and position) did not affect cognition of patriarchal leadership, personality traits, and job satisfaction.
