隨著物流產業國際化與經濟環境的變遷,台灣物流產業的劇烈變化,在商業活動裡,物流業者都扮演著非常重要的角色,現代化的物流公司,提供多樣、少量的配送服務,可縮短流通通路以降低商品成本與提高流通的效率。因此,物流產業本身經營策略的定位問題,將可以更進一步的討論。 本研究結合層級分析法,透過層級程序分析方法整合物流業者中高層主管的意見,經由加權計算並評選因子之權重,提供有關政府及物流業者在策略聯盟夥伴評選決策時的參考,本研究結果指出,物流業者在聯盟夥伴評選中的關鍵因素為互補的能力與相容的目標;其次依研究結果顯示,未來會首先選擇供銷聯盟為夥伴選擇之模式,藉以提供較為完整的產業價值鏈功能,此外可避免許多市場因素的不確定性,減少個別企業的營運風險,降低營運成本。
In order to react to the environment changes, logistic companies have played a very important role in Taiwan. By offering the products with multiple types and small quantity, a modern logistic company is capable of reducing the distribution channel such that the cost of procurement is cut down and the efficient problems that the position of administration strategy and the characteristics of distribution structure for the professional logistic companies. In this paper, by using the AHP method to analyze the performances and factor weights to establish an accreditation framework. It could provide some information when government and logistic companies need to select their alliance partners. The research finding that logistic companies will select the partners who are own the complementary capabilities or compatible goals. Second, the results show that the precompetitive alliance will be the first choice. It could avoid the uncertainty of individual enterprises to reduce operational risk and reduce operating costs.
